Trump’s "energy ceasefire" is just political theater to mask backroom deals on Russian oil. The reality on the ground is Russian missiles hitting Ukrainian infrastructure, shattering a fake truce imposed from above without any genuine guarantees.

A Ceasefire is a Promise the Belligerents must make. Declared from Washington and ignored in Moscow within Hours, it is a Press Release, and Ukraine's Lamps are not lit by Press Releases.

WSJ deliberately skewing this headline in an effort to please a certain someone? Please do not attempt to shape a narrative in which this “announcement” was anything but market manipulation. Trump created a fiction. You bought it. Again. And now you want to try to shape public sentiment? GTFOH.

For this to stop, it's time for foreign policy professionals. Real estate family and friends looking a deal just don't succeed and make the US look feckless. Elect a Congress that will take strong public positions to get our foreign policy back on track.
