The NWS intentionally blocked off international observations without issuing any service change notices about it. If anyone in the agency has information on who ordered this change and why, my email address is my name at gmail.

That was the best map and time series viewer to get both US and international observations from, especially living right next to the border. Frustrating, and several of my stations were caught up in it and won’t show up until their metadata is fixed because it thinks they are “international”
