As long as injured players remain successful, the teams will use them. It's all about the money and nothing else matters. It could change if the NFL were sued by the family or families of some of these players and as a result, were forced to deal with injured players differently.

It's like people forgot about what happened to Junior Seau. I haven't watched an NFL game since they blacklisted Colin Kaepernick, and this story is just more evidence that I clearly made the right call.

The NFL owes it to their players to greatly improve safety through rule changes and safer uniforms and equipment. As it stands, the team with the least injuries wins. That is not sports. That is the stuff of gladiators.

Sure…. They’re concerned about players health and Jalen Hurts….. the same folks who spent millions to deny that CTE was real….. until players started to die in a regular basis from it….. great time to rewatch Concussion.

Jesus H. Christ! Back in the day I worked at Syntex with the medicinal chemist who designed the highly potent NSAID drug, Toradol. That drug rapidly suppresses inflammation but it was never intended to be used as a quick fix to get injured athletes back onto the field before their injuries heal.
