Wadsworth 6X is rendered tasteless by non-Southern pours (to the extent that I once argued that a pub had its lines crossed until I persuaded the barmaid to not serve it with a tight spigot at the base of the glass). A styrofoam head blocks the aromas.
Yours, a wurzel that will die on this hill.
I have not tried the Wadsworth 6X, what’s it like (when poured to its proper style)?
Old Peculier is nice done with the sparkler, and I can’t imagine a Ruby Mild any other way.

I’m not a great describer of flavors—it’s all so subjective—it’s got a lot going on (when not obscured). Note, regional beers may taste better to locals: when I moved to London UK, my local mates were all about Young’s Special but it was undrinkable—after 5 years of London air and water? Nectar.
