I hate moaning on main but it frickin sucks dealing with chronic pain day and night that's unresponsive to meds. I get by reassuring myself that one day it'll be gone, even if it takes years of treatment. Keep going, all the chronic pain folk out there, you got this ❤️

last year i was suffering every single day and night for months, this year i had only two flareups and they were mild! there is hope guys, even if you can't see it right now 💜💜💜

stupidly for my chronic gastritis, the answer was daily CBD and plus coffee (and only cold-dissolve or cold brew) as primary caffeine source and i dont take anything other than CBD for any pain (migraines still suck but better than fucking up my stomach with painkillers)

I'm so glad you found something that works for you! The problem is going through all the months trialling different things until you find something that works 😭
