i had it in my head that the runoff was *tomorrow* so it was a wonderful surprise when my wife woke me up from a nap to tell me lula had won!!

i confused it with toronto’s municipal elections i guess lol

yeahhhhh. i’ll be voting tomorrow for however much it ends up mattering

i’m bracing for something stupid to happen

may as well maybe BC NDP got all the surplus stupid used up calling a snap election when their conservative parties were a divided mess, only for that to be the one thing to bring them back together to BTFO the NDP out and win a majority
