Ran through the Furality dealers den yesterday. Really highlighted to me how isolating the "try on avatar" function is with #VRChat marketplace avatars. Felt like shopping for a shirt with friends, but none of them can actually see the shirt you want their opinion on.

Feel like there should be some limited context where try on avatar also shows you in that avatar to other players. Maybe a daily refreshing time limit? Only visible to other people also trying on an avatar? Or maybe visible only in a small range from where you first swapped?

i feel like maybe seeing the impostor version of a try-on avatar would be a good compromise. or, honestly, do what booth creators do and just slap a big "DEMO" thing hovering above the avatar's head, but show the avatar like normal.
