It looks and sounds like: - Grey jacket agent moves in to assist, initially grabbing a foot. His hand goes to the waistband, likely finds the gun. - There is loud yelling - think I heard "there's a gun". - Grey jacket removes the gun and runs away. - Agents fires their weapons.

More importantly, immediately prior to this, the victim was attempting to assist another protestor when he was pepper-sprayed from behind and pulled off the person he was helping. The scuffle started from there. Completely unnecessary escalation of the situation by the federal agents/murderers.
