You’re a rockstar, Ashley! I’m proud to know that people like you are out here supporting our neighbors in ways I would’ve never thought of! ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely love that you are still deeply involved, even from Texas.

im in MN now!

and good lord, if your bank lets you move $2800 through Zelle in one day and you want to adopt a family, please let me know. i hate zelle. so many steps.

i am pretty sure my bank does, from checking just now it looks like the limit is $3500. i couldn't give that much myself but i think i could get some friends and family to pitch in?

@merelydovely.bsky.social

(through zelle specifically, it's WF)

i am stopping working at 11:00 instead of 2, so that also feels like a success AND I also built a system to actually enable volunteers to administer the airline miles booking with donors.

You’re amazing!

we also got a few people booked on flights home from detention today! tomorrow we need to connect with more groups in Texas.

Rachel Bean, still sick but less

(i posted about it earlier, people are fundraising or covering a family, thus "adopting" their rent. people venmo them money, they send one transaction to a family) we have five more on our list as of right now, but that is a problem for tomorrow.

I cannot find any way to donate on venmo. There are ten ashley fairbanks on venmo. Searching on adopt a rent doesn't pull up anything. Please post a link!
