Gimme a pure-Kotlin implementation of HTTP3 with OkHttp :)

We don’t use LLM tools to develop OkHttp. For us the best way to keep the project small, secure, and simple is to write code without AI. But the absence of HTTP/3 is noted. It's on the backlog!
