hello everyone. i made a game called Spelterm that i am figuring out what to do with. might just keep it on the web. play free every day. tons of progression/depth, daily challenges, easy save/resume, works offline if you load the page before your flight takes off. enjoy spelterm.com/game

wow the Magic Circle devs made an Inscryption-ass game. instabuy. hey, why DIDN'T we go with "rogue-ass" instead of roguelike?!?

finally, the bill is coming due. people are opening up about their questions regarding what in tarnation certain specific batshit insane lyrics of mine "mean." i've been training for this all my oeuvre

i still love the look of this game but all the mechanics left me cold. also there was A LOT of text to aggressively skip without reading any of, more than most games even.

once again thinking about titanium court. more of you should play that game. easily game of the year if you like magic, are a clown, and/or are a criminal.

really is crazy how good, pleasant, surprisingly useful, and great my PT2 is. their shipping cadence is nuts as well, and yet i can't recall hitting a single bug!

it's always nice to see one of the core ideas of Pebble 2.0 resonating with folks. It's definitely different than how all other gadgets are made. we build Pebble for ourselves and don't worry too much about 'competing' or thinking about competitors/growth etc. www.tomsguide.com/wellness/sma...

"Growing humans is not difficult in an interesting way. It is tedious, badly explained and ridiculously time-consuming. You have to juggle memories, food, height, weight, life expectancy and personality stats in order to create specific professions."

Paul Schrader makes a secret movie *every year* where he plays _all_ the roles. no one is allowed to see them

We all know the "Viggo broke his toe" story but what's another movie fact you're personally compelled to bring up every time without prompting? For me, it's the fact that Robin Tunney is wearing a wig in The Craft because of having just shaved her head to save her job filming Empire Records.

Penguin Colony appears to be one of those things where you think it might be fun for a few minutes, but then it immediately reveals itself to be a staggering design accomplishment. feels like a GOTY contender.

bad timing to wonder this but how exactly does somebody get the name Geordie? kinda like naming your kid Scouse or Cockney, right

is this like a Scholastic Bowl where everybody gets equal credit for participating? instead of winners vs. losers i mean. sounds cute

i will never care if bluesky is popular! i did Odyssey of the Mind! i took robotics in high school (and sucked at it!) i was on a Harold team at iO West! NOT iO. iO *WEST.* i am immune to popularity!!

what if Harness Your Hopes blew up because Gen Alpha heard people talking about agent harnesses and use TikTok to search for information and DJ Need A Stack had mastered the algorithm 10 years ago? i mean what if.

the best part about Big Walk is they let you buy it and zoink into an uncanny world with no people or challenges. i guess it would be weird to say "you have no friends" but they should probably block people from even launching anything! maybe someday i will meet a friend who wants to play a game

You guys want to hear a short but adorable story that happened right in front of me at the baggage claim in NYC yesterday? I wasn't part of it and there are bits I didn't catch but holy crap, I can't stop thinking about it.

i guess enough time has passed (and culture degraded) that "earnest movie adaptation of 'Antkind'" is on the table. would be a wild 1. not my personal (very) white whale but a great choice if you hate movies

Retrospace is basically EXACTLY like Prey. right down to the unbelievably bland name. it is a pretty good game but mainly good if you really liked Prey

i kind of like 2hollis but it often sounds like "what if bladee was a macho man" and the answer to that question is always "no"

Hatatooly, the brand new gigantic hat with 16 sensors and cameras and a direct feed of Patton Oswalt's voice telling you how to fix any machines or food you need.

listening to Reasonable Doubt and trying to figure out if it holds up or if it's just pure nostalgia is one of the strangest human experiences i've had thusfar. probably 50/50 but i want to believe it's a zero-sum battle!!!

i consider myself a bit of a DFW buff (i am just being honest, believe me, it is NOT pride) and i had totally never read This is Water until right now. stopped after the second paragraph the tone is just so bad. i believe it sounded ok back then but now it sounds like larry king scolding me

haha i just realized why i have a hard time ignoring closed captions: if there are words/reading to be had, i am not wasting ANY time looking at some stupid fucking video.

i think this might be an mondegreen, but either way, never put "now i'm reaaaady to sing" in the lyrics of a song you are singing. sends the wrong message

been thinking about/watching Ally McBeal a bunch. so many good things about that show but the theme song is not one of them.

wow Prototype mentioned in the top Steam comment on Control Resonant. i mean it was pretty obvious from the trailers but i didn't think it was THAT obvious

10000 flowers to Rustie for somehow discovering that you can make music sound so unbelievably distorted that it sounds like your speaker is completely destroyed and they still let you post it to digital streaming platforms. this is my sliced bread

if i were wendy eisenberg i would have lost ALL my social followers engaging in an authentic war of words with Wendy's about the emo music ep they put out.

i mean one way you could pace extinction is to stop trying to find crazy new discoveries? admittedly, i have a hard time stopping myself when i get a wild hare but i am not a trillion dollar devourer of society. that thing's got options

wait. so did netflix do the infamous UK Wonka popup too? seems like they would have sued whoever did it, it it wasn't them, since they own the IP? maybe i am forgetting that The Unknown was inserted for differentiation purposes. variety.com/2026/tv/revi...
