StarShield is deeply integrated into the US military and Intelligence services, and to my mind this is a potential National Security problem. In some few cases an invention of a thing or product be come so essential to the survival of a country that it should be made into a

property of the State, this is called Nationalization and taking this step should be taken with extreme caution, but I think we should consider it.
