@chording.it I'm not expecting you to be able to do anything about it but I wanted to share this funny crash I'm getting with SFLT (Win10 / FLS Producer Edition v21.0.3 build 3517) specifically when the freedom motif plays yes it's this part of the pattern regardless of what I do the freedom motif

I grew frustrated making people wait for Waterfall and MTT Resort to be 'finished' so I released both of them publicly on my VRChat profile! If you've been waiting to make one of them your home world, you can now!! A to-do list has been added to my menu system so I can share progress and such.

for platforms that JXL cannot be served to, it can be converted losslessly back to JPEG. if you store JXL serverside you get ~20% filesize reduction with the tradeoff of a slight bump in compute for serving to clients that do not support JXL

The current state of AI research reminds me of Black Mesa and Aputure science. I don't want to find out what the AI research equivalent of the entire Borealis and part of its dry dock disappearing is. Can we like stop before we have the big problems? please??????????

Dear tech companies, I get that layout is hard... but why is it flickering????? I understand that layouting is non-deterministic, but maybe I wouldn't notice that if it wasn't re-rendering EVERY FRAME?? YouTube could cause a Seizure with this glitch @bsky.app new use case for a spoiler option btw

I'm going to pretend to be upset that episode 9 didn't have orange sport and then make it incredibly obvious that I'm not actually upset at all because they did not have enough room in that runtime to put orange sport however, orange sport

I'm hearing more and more horror stories from the education industry about AI so I'm just going to sit and wait until they announce that some innovative startup has invented what is basically a digital typewriter and then all the schools by thousands of them

I don't engage with the fandom because I can't be bothered but I've heard that TADC social spaces have been frustrating Gooseworx (ppl prob being toxic idk) That's really unfortunate because I think everyone's doing a great job, no notes tbh that would imply I could do better (I certainly couldn't)

my wish for The Amazing Digital Circus is just that all of the artists can art without being bullied by the fanbase getting in their way from enjoying what they create I will enjoy it way more if it doesn't feel forced to be something it doesn't want to be Y'all are doing great I like ur funny art

but like yeah most productions also get this kind of kickback and struggle from upper management but as far as I can tell GLITCH… gosh you can tell I haven't researched this at all… but like they seem ok wow I really perfectly maxed out the character limit with all 3 of those messages, my goodness.

in Infinity War he said it would be impartial and random so now I want to see an alternate timeline where he just got really unlucky and like only 12 people died and the rest was bacteria and bugs and little rats you see him looking around and like everything's normal I want to see how he'd react

whenever I open Google Translate website it decides what the default to-from is and it's NOT what I used last. this year it's German-to-English. I don't remember ever translating from German??? but now I have to click Auto-Detect off from German every time I open the site and I'm VERY confused...

still trying to figure out what happened but I think the buttons in my YouTube mobile player became unresponsive because it tried to put a full screen YT Premium upsell pop up on screen but the player was fullscreened so I couldn't see it. had to push the Android back button to see it and close it

who decided that volume on Android should be between 0 and 15? it's not a Base Two thing because then it would either be 8 or 32, not 16. why 0-15???? I'm so confused

remaining in touch with tech literacy by deliberately downgrading my phone's assistant from Gemini to Google Assistant. you can do that apparently I can use a real assistant on my phone instead of that AI slop garbage machine to the wonderful folks at Google, please maintain this. it's better.

oh, and while you're at it, give me an account-wide option to disable GenAI integration in your stupid services. you will not find me deliberately AI generating my Google doc or emailing AI images. it clutters my UI, costs you money, and harms the environment. let me turn it off, I don't want it.
