i think i have vertigo?? over the last like, two months i’d say i e been randomly getting terribly dizzy. like, room spins, moving makes it worse. i throw up until there’s nothing to throw up and then it’s just bile. it can last a few hours but i had a bad one friday that took over saturday, too-

- and then another one today. it’s made it so i try to be careful how i move, how quickly i move, how i look at things (moving my eyes instead of my head) but i’ll be sitting still and feel it creep in before it gets nasty. anti nausea medicine (like gravol) doesn’t help much if at all…
