Quick question does this look enough like Walt Disney? I’ve been working on a speed drawing video for him and wanted to do a caricature

Not me unironically having to use a calculator to remember how old I am... Good grief I thought I was a year older.

Another semester closing to an end... The fact that I'm so close to graduation is... Well we're not gonna think about that! 😨 Look at this lovely space chicken! My boy Zaffbird is looking good! 😄 #artsky #characterdesign #artschool #illustration #digitalart

Finally back home. Got to see some really good panels at #lightbox even for the short time I was there it really inspired me. I’m looking forward to a better experience next year

So I had the bright idea of trying to attend #lightboxexpo this year. I live across the country so I sat down and planned this months in advance and let me tell you my experience with airlines has been terrible so far. I’m heart broken that I’ll be missing most of the weekend because of this 😭

Alabaster Whyte is one of my characters from my thesis Despair Repairs. Lately I've been redesigning him and so far I'm liking the change. #artsky #art #characterdesign #artstudent

part of my thesis at my university is to recast a live action script, I chose the Mummy 1994. I decided to recast Brendan Fraser's character Rick O'Connel as Dpharaoh Woon-A-Tai from reservation dogs and reset the script as a sci-fi western. It's been working out pretty well #artsky #storyboarding

Haven't been able to post too much lately between school and work. I've suddenly found some extra time. So I decided to post some of my favorite work from this current semester. I've been doing a little bit of everything this time around. Trying to finish up before final review. #artsky #art

Just about finished up with everything this semester. One for week to go! Here's my final for my illustration class with some progress pieces to accompany it #animationstudent #artsky #artstudent #illustration

Semester is almost over, just a few weeks left now. I've been so busy with everything that has been going on that I haven't gotten the chance to post some of my work made this semester. #artsky #artstudent #animationstudent

Just got back from a trip where I got to be an extra on a larger film. 2nd film I’ve done where I was an extra. It was cool being able to understand what the crew was doing. I really liked seeing the things I’m learning applied in real life.

Some more digital life drawing studies kinda like how this turned out

I'm in a digital painting class this semester so I've been doing a lot of these... Nothing particularly exciting but... I'll be honest I really need a nice easy semester after the last one! 😭 I got hit with burnt out so hard...

Classes started up again today, got scheduled for a new story boarding class and digital painting. I'm excited to see what I come up with for these classes!

TikTok being “back” doesn’t matter to me. I already moved out man, you can’t extend the lease at the last second after being bought out by some property management company

Well TikTok is finally down. And I’ve deleted the app off my phone, even if it does come back idk if I’ll be willing to redownload it

Spring semester starts the 29th… I’m both excited and very sad 😢 I liked working on my personal projects. But at least I’ll have more content to post

practically shaking at my work desk right now, I can not wait for this day to be over! Five days straight with no work or no school to worry about!! I'm going to sleep SO much!😴

I swear I'm about to pull a mr. rogers and get some inside sneakers. Keep me and my clumsy butt from falling down them stairs!

I just remembered that my university allows professors to leave comments on progress grades and I-- 😭 My color scripting professor is SO nice!

Finally started catching up with some of the latest anime out there and honestly. #dandandan is such a great show. I'm not a fan of dubs normally but the English cast does a great job bringing in some real personality into the series that feels natural. I also love the grandmas more than anyone else

I've only just managed to finish my semester and I'm already itching to draw again... Like a fool I've plugged my charger in to prepare my tablet for a long night of drawing. Clearly I've developed some sort of habit for drawing late into Saturday nights, I just don't know if it's good yet...

Was up until 1 am this morning getting this finished, not perfect but close enough. I'm so glad this semester is over! #graduatestudent #artstudent #animalart #paleoart #artsky #art #digitalart

Had to make a bird monster for one of my last animal anatomy assignments . This long boy is a Stryx Owl, basically just a barn owl with three eyes. I really like how he turned out. One out of two assignments left down. Almost done with the semester! #animationstudent #artstudent #artsky #birdart

As exciting as this is, it's unpaid & applicants are expected to come into the office twice a week. This is suited for people in CA or NY. Titmouse is an amazing studio, I'm sad I won't be able to take advantage of opportunity. But I hope sharing it will help find the right people for this.

Finally done with my color scripting class! I'm so excited that I got this finished and came out with something that looks pretty good! It's hard to believe these two use to be silly ocs I made up late one night for a joke! #animationstudent #colorscripting #artstudent #gradstudent #artsky

It's taken nearly fifteen weeks but we're finally on the bird module! As a bird pet owner all I have to say is-- Let's go!

No one, absolutely no one at all: Me every six months or so: (I fell down the stairs again.)

Exhausted... So thankful I took the week off next week. I'm going to need it. 😩

Fun fact I actually had someone at work reference this. So I'm not surprised lol

Throw back to that time I had to draw Bea Arthur for an assignment. #animationstudent #goldengirls #beaarthur #portrait #thankyouforbeingafriend

With the semester finally winding down (being that there's only about three weeks left-- but who's counting?) I thought I'd post some of the studies I've had to do for my animal anatomy class #animationstudent #artstudent #animaldrawings #horses #cats #treefrog #aligator

My favorite thing about Bsky is the lists that people can make. It makes it so easy to find new artists I really like. That being said it does make my following count go up. Oh well a fair trade to see wonderful art I suppose 🥰

This is one of the funniest things I've made for classwork. We had to create character designs around inanimate objects. I picked the first thing i could think of a stop sign. Easy enough right? Well what is making me giggle is the reference image next to the artwork. #artsky #art #characterdesign

Ever unsure what to draw? Maybe you've got an assignment to create characters out of unique silhouettes but can't think of any shapes. You could always do what I did, flip/mix/and match some Pokemon silhouettes to create character designs. #artsky #art #chraacterdesign #aniamtionstudent
