Hay there! I'm Paige Abendroth, a huge fan of Vampire The Masquerade and a storyteller with big ambitions. I also like other dark ttrpgs especially CoC. I love writting and talking about writing! My nerd superpower is an encyclopedic knowledge of classic monster movies. 🦇

Playing around more with Ghoul App and I'm so excited to start this new game. It will most likely be the players from my Cam game that just ended but I'm not sure if they're all gunna wanna play yet. If you it would be fun to recruit a new player to mix things up!

My 15 dollar cheap but surprisingly effective Temu lighting died so I finally spent like 40 something bucks and got myself a real set.

Trans people are the distraction of the moment to make you forget that the West is dying due to Capitalism's slow decay into liberal fascism.

80s Halloween Countdown day 26 Demons (1985) THIS IS THE ONE! A kick ass Italian splatter gore action/horror fest with great special effects and an amazing soundtrack, this is one of my favorite movies and I love recommending it to people. 10/10 Pumpkins! 🎃

Has anyone else used GHOULAPP to run their Vampire the Masquerade Chronicle? I'm very seriously thinking about running my next one on it.

I'm done prepping for the final game of my VtM Chronicle, now I just need to relax and wait an hour. I'm honestly kinda nervous about this one

RIP to the most bisexual man who ever lived, the late great Vincent Price, who died this day, October 25th in 1993 at the ripe old age of of 82.

My Sunday therapy group was unfortunately canceled due to low attendance but now I've got alllll morning to prepare for my final game of my Vampire the Masquerade Chronicle. I hope my players enjoy what I've got in store for them!🦇

80s Halloween Countdown Day 25 - Re-Animator (1985). The movie that made Jeffrey Combs a household name amongst horror fans, he plays Herbert West, a medical student who can resurrect the dead with his glowing green serum! There are uh, complications however. 9/10 Pumpkins! 🎃

80s Halloween Countdown Day 24 - Children of The Corn (1984). The second Steven King adaptation to make the list, this is actually a pretty fun adaptation of his short story. Definitely check this out if you haven't seen it! 6 out of 10 Pumpkins! 🎃

Now watching Frankenstein meets The Wolf Man on #Svengoolie! Time to try and spot all the different stuntman who filled in for Lugosi throughout the movie!

Just watched the new film "The Cycle" with my partner and wow that was actually pretty great! Strongly recommended if you're interested in mysteries, creature features, or both!

First I've gotta attend my SMART recovery group tonight (1140 days sober) and then I want to do a bit of writing and flesh out the charecter concept for the Curse Of Strahd game I'm going to be playing in. So a full Friday night for me!

80s Halloween Countdown Day 23 - Halloween 3: Season of The Witch (1982). Tom Atkins makes the list agan! This time he's playing a doctor that ends up uncovering a conspiracy about…killer Halloween masks? Trust me it's cooler than it seems! 7 of 10 Pumpkins!🎃

80s Halloween Countdown Day 22 - Waxwork (1988). Maybe the best monster mash of the 1980s, Waxwork features an evil wax museum with creatures galore. A somewhat hidden gem, this is one of my favorites and great for a Halloween watch party! 7 ½ of 10 Pumpkins!🎃

I got some new Pumpkin dice! I think I'm going to use these in the upcoming Curse of Strahd game I'm going to play in. (Unlesssss of course I get even spookier dice in the meantime.)

Fuck man I have so many great memories of playing Bioware games. This is a real loss. The consolidation of the video game industry will be the death of it. RIP

May 1933: Nazi troops storm a vital community institute in Berlin dedicated to providing trans people with lifesaving healthcare October 2026: Germany police (which includes many neo-Nazis) storm a vital community institute in Berlin dedicated to providing trans people with lifesaving healthcare

Germany is quickly catching up to the US and UK in their fascist crackdowns of trans people. This Sunday, reports say police officers violently stormed and searched an important German transfem community space under allegations of providing prescriptions to third parties without authorization.

Time for the VtM game I play in! My charecter is working security at a very important blood tasting that my Coterie is hosting. I'm sure things will go smoothly 🦇

After action report - my Nossie made a big show of being intimidating and the fucking Lasombra used Compel on me to make me sit like a good boy. 10/10

I've been depressed do I've neglected my estrogen shot for three weeks. Did it just now and wow, having the right hormones in your body makes you feel good. Who knew.

I kinda wanna run an all trans WoW Forever guild but also I want to have a life outside the game and I don't know if those two things can happen at the same time

In half an hour I'm running what will hopefully be the stunning conclusion on my three year long, first ever Chronicle. This game has meant a lot to me so I hope that I stick the landing. If anyone has epilogue advice I'm all ears!

The dems will come into power, do nothing because they too are servants of Capitalism, people will get mad and vote in someone even worse than trump. I hate how inevitable it all is fuuuuck

Unsurprised. He's probably waiting to see what the polls say or something. Worthless sack of shit

Chuck Schumer — one of the most powerful Democrats in the country — has not issued statements to the press or through his social media channels about the administration’s attack on Ilhan Omar, which critics have described as a five alarm fire for the state of democracy in the U.S.

Holywood could never film a book-accurate depection of Steven King's Carrie because Hollywood only cares about accumulating capital for the unber rich and doesn't think ugly actresses will sell tickets. Depalma came close with his film but the actress was still pretty and it was the 70s.

Just got the charecter creation go by for the Curse of Strahd game I'm going to be playing in from my GM. It's 78 pages long! I'm gunna create the FUCK outta this character!

80s Halloween Countdown Day 16 - Night of The Creeps (1986). One off the most underappreciated classics of 80s horror! It's basically a big homage to the scifi/horror genre PLUS it's got 80s star Tom Atkins in one of his best roles. Easily one of my all time favorite movies. 7 ½ out of 10 Pumpkins!

Idea pitch - it's call MCDEATH! It's Shakespeare's classic story with a Mad Max paintjob. Whether on the stage or in an ultra violent HBO show, MCDEATH(!) is sure to be a hit with the kids
