Almost a year ago I started what was just supposed to be a Legion of the Damned Kill Team. Now we have the announcement of an official one.

Took a break from endless bikes to paint up a Falcon. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #warhammer40k #miniaturepainting #eldar

Finished up another Windrider/Autarch on Bike when that returns from Legends. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #warhammer40k #Eldar

Enjoying a peaceful campfire and listening to the Sabriel audiobook read by Tim Curry. May he pass peacefully through the 10th Gate. Rest in Peace.

I have finished my Shining Spears. The paint scheme is based off of a 1980s Suzuki motorcycle and the black outfits of the riders is based off of the Japanese Rockabilly biker groups. #nerdlings #warhammer40k #warhammercommunity #eldar #aeldari

First three Windriders are finished. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #warhammer40k #eldar #aeldari

Is there anything better than sitting out by a fire pit, drinking a beer or two, and staring at the stars while the Katydids sing around you? The satellites are like artificial shooting stars.

I have finished the first of my NeoTokyo/Cyberpunk Windriders. #nerdlings #Warhammercommunity #warhammer40k #eldar

I painted up a Void Dreamer for my Corsairs. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #warhammer40k #oldhammer #eldar

Count Ace Combat 7 30+ Hours The Count is one of the game's well-written characters, going from a con man and liar to Trigger's trusted partner. Sorry, I removed his mustache because it annoys me > < #AceCombat #AceCombat7 #Su33 #FlankerD #Count

Fantastic work here.

Starfang is finished #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #aeldari #eldar #corsairs #warhammee40k

I have finished my Nightwing, complete with Swing Wing Action. I'm really happy with how the forced perspective city basing worked out. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #eldar

HUMAN ARTISTS OF EARTH! Use only one photograph of tiny painted toy soldiers to convince people to follow you. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #miniaturepainting#40k #fantasy #dnd

It is getting to be almost impossible to find reference pictures anymore. Fuck AI and fuck the enshitification of the internet.

I have finished the test model for my Cyberpunk Eldar Wraith units. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #acab #cyberpunk #eldar

It's kinda fucked up that they killed Lindsay Graham in order to distract us from Mitch McConnell being dead.

this is the official scooby doo account

I went back to the 90s for some inspiration for this Corsair. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #miniaturepainting #eldar

I have finished another Corsair. I also couldn't help but do a pic of everyone together as a proof of concept. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #paintingminiatures #eldar

Finished up another Corsair Voidscarred. I tried my best to give it a Kitsune mask. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #miniaturepainting #aeldari #eldar

So if you turn a Stormtrooper head upside down to makes an adorable bird guy.

Finally painted my Spirit Walker. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #warhammer40k #oldhammer #eldar

I have finished my test model for my Eldar Corsairs. Going for a Cyberpunk style for them. #nerlings #warhammercommunity #eldar #aeldari

Wow, this is absolutely amazing.

I have finished the Emperor's Champion for my Celestial Lions. #nerdlings #WarhammerCommunity #MiniaturePainting #CelestialLions #SpaceMarines #Armageddon

Ngadwe, Warleader of the Celestial Lions First Company, returns to the Mannheim Gap. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #spacemarines #CelestialLions #Armageddon

This thing is just way too cool looking. The amount of detail is insane.

I finished up a Rogue Trader Space Marine for my Admech Necromunda gang. It was an absolute joy to paint this model. #nerdlings #roguetrader #warhammercommunity #warhammer40k #miniaturepaimting

Can concur. Wolf Quest is fun

I didn't expect this to be seen, here's a handful more. In what was a terrifying time, especially for people with existing health conditions, his art brought some irreverency and kindness to people sheltering at home.

In celebration of the Celestial Lions returning to the Mannheim Gap I figured it was a good time to take a better picture of my Chapter Master and Sternguard. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #celestialLions #spacemarines

Old Dominion Varangian Guard completed for Conquest. #nerdlings #miniaturepainting #conquest

There's going to be plenty of 40K art by Blanche shown here, but I would like to take this opportunity to mention how influential Blanche was also for Age of Sigmar, not only by being the art director and fostering talent, but by his original concept art for Stormcasts, Kharadron and Nighthaunt.

"I’m painfully aware that I’ll probably not survive what I want to achieve. I find if I do one thing, it generates four, five or six other things in my imagination and if I do any of those, they also generate the same again." Interview with John Blanche:

John Blanche was an artist who provided me with not only inspiration for the setting and my desire to kitbash models into unique weirdos, but his artwork taught me the value in using a limited pallette. Studying his artwork taught me so much about color, highlighting and contrast. He will be missed

Profane Reliquary for Conquest completed #nerdlings #miniaturepainting #conquest

I have finished a Karyadid for Conquest. Very fun model to paint. #nerdlings #miniaturepainting #conquest

Painted up an Old Dominion Strategos for Conquest. #nerdlings #miniaturepainting #conquest

This makes my brain hurt and I love it.

Wow this is an absolutely beautiful paint job. It reminds me of jewelry.

I decided to paint up a Flyrant on a whim #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #spottedlanternfly

I gave myself a challenge and I surprisingly achieved it. I painted an entire Baneblade in a single day. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity

Working my way through 2 decades of Guard tank purchases. Next up is an Engineering Demolisher. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #astramilitarum

Legion of the Damned Saturnine Centurion Devastators are now completed. #nerdlings #paintingwarhammer #miniaturepainting #warhammercommunity #SpaceMarines

I have finished painting up a Chimerro. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #imperialguard #miniaturepainting

I have finished my first fully painted 2000+pt army in my 20ish years of being in the hobby. (Land Raider shown separately because it wouldn't fit in the light box) #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #SpaceMarines.
