Super excited to announce our film Paper Notice has been accepted to be shown at the California State Fair's Film Exhibition. The film has already won six awards...so keeping our fingers crossed people will like it.

Our film, Paper Notice won four awards at this year's SacTown Movie Buffs Film Festival. Best Music Score, Neil Nayyar. Best Cinematography, Josh Williams. Best Writer Madeline McChesney. Best Actor...well that would be me—awe shucks.

Changed my profile photo on all platforms as well as the headshots on acting profiles.

Paper Notice has been honored by being given NINE nominations for the upcoming SacTown Movie Buffs Film Festival. I wrote, directed, produced, and had a role in this truly fun film. #indie #shortfilm #SNL #actorslife #gratutued #oscars (Fun fact, The Sean Baker has wished us luck)

@realgdt.bsky.social Is it too much to ask my editor to bring the music in on a scene one second sooner?

We are only in the 5th or 6th week of the year and I have received my seventh #audition request. Not bad...not bad at all. #selftape #actor #actorslife #filmmaking #indiefilm #gratitude

@jimmykimmellive.bsky.social Good to see you here, sir.

Just turned in audition #6 for this year. 2025 is starting kinda strong. 👊 #gratitude #actor #actorslife

I Rotten Tomatoed myself today.

#Audition number three for this year. On a roll to more roles! #selftape #actor #actorslife #grateful Screenshot is from one of the auditions. Such a nice guy 😂

Ah HA! #Audition request number two! 2025 is starting nicely. Fingers crossed.

Guess who has two thumbs and his first #autidion of the year? This guy! It is for a disgruntled priest. Here is the photo I sent in for the breakdown. #actor #selftape #actorslife #gratitude

Be a love and give my IMDb a look-see. #gratitude www.imdb.me/WilliamMarx

Just to prove that I'm not all about #acting and making films. Here is our `84 VW #Vanagon. I did an engine swap since the one that it had was blown. She purrs like a kitten. Doing the brakes, then she'll be out on the road...ready for adventures...or just going to get some groceries or lumber.

Here is an award-winning film I produced and was in for the A Place Called Sacramento Film Festival, 2023. youtu.be/7m0m54oqkMc?...

@davesfoley.bsky.social Hi Dave! Glad to see you here.

Our film Paper Notice has WON! for Best American Short Film at the Hollywood Best Indie Film Awards. Good on you cast and crew!

Great to have our film #PaperNotice chosen for this #filmfestival

What script writing programs/software (other than Final Draft) do you use? #writers #scriptwriting #script #shortfilm #featurefilm

It IS that time of year. Please give this little film I was a part of a view. And, it's a real holiday classic. Warning! Adult/ Crude humor. Enjoy youtu.be/PfAvfwF48fA?...

Just received four C-Mails today. This will mean almost nothing to most. But, to actors in the US/CAN, it makes the hairs stand up on the back of their necks...in a very good way. #Actor #Audition #Actorslife It is an auction for a nice project.

Part of the cast and crew of #PaperNotice at the premiere. Was a fun time and some solid #shortfilms I'm a lucky man to find a group of people to say "Yes" to my silly ideas. #Indie #shortfilm #filmfestival #gratitude
