The Resident Evil movie definitely captures the vibe of the series. Segments that reminded of the horror in 7, cut to hilarious over the top nonsense, and game references that made me do the Leo pointing meme. Just because it doesn't have Leon in it doesn't make it a bad RE movie. 4/5

Marvel Tokon easily jumping into my Top 10 games of the year. It's been a hell of a year for quality games. Shame that the executives and people at the top don't appreciate their craft and can't wait to fire people once a game is complete.

Fired up the Xbox 360 today and played some Dark Void. I have such a fondness for that era of games. The Gears of War clones, the indie arcade games, the downloadable classics, I have now even gained a soft spot for the grey brown shooter.

Took a trip to see Death Note The Musical. I was absolutely delighted that they changed THAT part in the story where a young kid gets introduced (if you know, you know). Songs were catchy too.
