(Accepting lets her join your party. As a party member, she tries to help you find the "good" solution to every problem, but if you do something "bad" while she's in your party it makes her condition worse, and the head in her stomach will grow until it eats the rest of her and then attacks you.)

(If you kill her, she drops $2 and a video game cartridge. The game is a sad visual novel that makes you feel lonely when you play it but if you beat it you unlock a skill that can paralyze all targets with sadness)

Myrrh if she looked outside

(Rejecting her makes her condition worse, and she transforms further, loses control, and attacks you. Her battle is tragically easy and she'll die in 2 or 3 hits.)

Update for those following the Path of the White Mare: her route has been updated again. New destinations have been added, some old destinations have been changed, others remain the same. Her path now has a beginning and an end, though it's hard to say which is which.
