Affinity for Anime

My video game pixel proxy cards are restocked, with new purchasing options! You can get singles from my Ko-fi, ten land cycles (duals, shocks, fetches, triomes, etc.) from my Etsy and full play sets from Make Playing Cards. Print-to-order also available by request.

He found the way!!!! I’m so proud of him!!! ⭐️

As a life-long Trekkie, the flavor text on this #MtG card confuses me. 🤨 #StarTrek takes place in a post-scarcity society. Surely average civilians have had access to replicators with unlimited desserts for their entire lives before joining Starfleet.

October 26, 2026 was Zelda Majora's Mask's 26th anniversary. (I'm technically a day late but) happy anniversary to my favorite Zelda game! Here are some MtG proxy cards I made of the four temples.

A bamboo grove in Hollow Knight Silksong is populated with strange sorcerers and fiery spirits. 🎍🔥 Grove of the Burnwillows is one of my favorite lands in MtG, so it was a lot of fun coming up with this proxy card.

#tokentober Day 26 Jace I really like how this one turned out! This was a token I was planning since reality fracture tokens got shown.

I finished this mangrove forest last week. Tonight I'm going to be finishing up a Black Waltz No. 3, and working on a Greenhouse Propagator. www.twitch.tv/kaialisenyx #mtg #alter #painting

#tokentober Day 23 Kobold They're just a little guy

There have only been a small handful of male angels in the history of Magic the Gathering. 😇 But have there been any female demons besides the recently revealed Miss Highwater from Mystery Booster Commander? 🤔

I originally was thinking a snake type Pokemon to go with Vraska, but with this card being assassin focused I decided to add in Weavile! #vraska #weavile #pokemon #magicthegathering #cardalter

What are some creatures in Magic the Gathering for which only a single card of that type exists? Here are a few I found. Do you know of any others?

Evolving wilds from today!

#tokentober Day 21 Marit Lage Little bit of catch up today. I think I'll comeback to this one after October but I like the concept.

For those of you who celebrate, today is 10/23 so Happy Mole Day! Here's a MtG proxy card of Mega Excadrill as Anzrag in the style of the Pokemon TCG.

An arena in a fallen kingdom, overseen by the Lord Fool who sits dead on his own throne. A chance for glory, but at what cost and for whose benefit? I thought the theme of this challenge trial in Hollow Knight was a perfect fit for a MtG proxy card of Phyrexian Arena.

Spooky Alter Month Day 19: The forest Kodama of Princess Mononoke, hand painted on a Unlimited Mox Emerald.

Elf mother Sylphiette holding her daughter Lucie from Mushoku Tensei reminded me of Marwyn, the Nurturer. I wanted to make a MtG proxy card of this very sweet anime figure.

Forgot to post this alter I got from @blossomalters.bsky.social ! I haven’t played many of the recent Devil May Cry games, but I loved the original.

Auction ✨

It’s day 17 of #tokentober and you are a horrible goose.

What is your most wanted incomplete land cycle? Mine is Grove of the Burnwillows. This is such an interesting, unexplored design space. I feel like there must be some cool card interactions. Please share some cards you'd play that work well if this land cycle was completed.

Gruul players… Countermagic got you down? Here’s an oldie but goodie…

Another round of NOV30 bangers! Can't wait for next month's auctions!
