Great news you guys! I just saw a dog!

Most of you wouldn’t think it was warm today (mid-40°F), but Agatha got to sit on baby grass behind the house in her warm spot and bake a little in the sun. ☀️🌱🔥😊

Agatha was super excited to take a walk on a bike path in a different part of town. It was windy and she kept flapping her ears, but for the first time ever, she didn’t mind if I tucked her ears inside the hood of her sweater.

Sandra is just terrible at hide and seek. 🩷

Agatha is outside right now inspecting mouse rock. If you look closely, you can see the two red berries on top that she’s been investigating since November. They’re still there.

It’s Sunbeam Sunday. Snuggle on your warm fuzzy blanket and take a snooze. Agatha says you’ve earned it.

Sandra, Agatha’s sister is so happy on her spot right now. The light makes her look like a painting.

I’m in frenchie jail. I got off the couch too many times, and now she has hooked her legs over my ankle to monitor me while she chews her bone.

That is her looking at me and considering NOT listening. 🟢She didn’t run back into the yard… 🔴but she also didn’t tear into the forest. 🟡She did her French bulldog secret third thing and wandered in the forest area next to the house.

The world is a flaming dumpster fire right now, but Agatha would also like you to know that it’s #sexylegday.

Agatha was trying to take over the grey fuzzy blanket while I went to make a coffee. She was also on my spot… so I gave her the blanket and moved her down. As a compromise, she also stole the heating pad.

Agatha looks cute, but she’s contemplating not listening to me and running off into the woods behind the house.

Little girl loves her sticks. She stops walking on the way back if I don’t help her look.

Agatha and I are currently arguing over who gets to lay on the hot pad. I am using it to provide comfort to my very mildly strained back (I had the audacity to stand up this morning). She wants it because she’s a diva princess.

We had a visitor. She is quite lorge. 🫎🤎 Agatha was pissed and demanded to go outside and investigate three separate times in the night, and again first thing in the morning. I don’t know what she would do if she caught a moose, but she’s 19.5# of stubborn willpower.

Sometimes you have to start the day with tummy rubs (and kisses). Not too often, though: they have to be for special.

Sundays are for chewing your bone on the sofa with your papa. Her butt is on a heating pad.

A rare winter sunbeam. It’s important to take advantage of them. It probably helps that we also have radiant floor heating. 🤣
