#BREAKING: the Ninth Circuit DISMISSED the Trump Admin’s request to segregate and not count any mail-in ballots that may be returned by a list of approximately 20,000 individuals it “believes” are “likely” noncitizens.

When we asked the Trump Admin for proof that these people are noncitizens, they refused to provide it, and last week the Trump DOJ’s #2 official admitted that the list could sweep in U.S. citizens.

This is an important step in our efforts to protect Californians’ right to vote and our state’s authority to run fair and secure elections.
