Oh, no ... I just wanted to buff my limits to get help with fixes for iPhone Duo, but it turns out that OpenAI does not offer a $200 plan Not enough servers to keep offering x20 limits? Back to the manual coding .... I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Simulator and device support for iPhone Duo will be available in Xcode 27.1 Meanwhile, Xcode 27.2 is already available ... but doesn't support iPhone Duo What's happening? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Seems that I will give up on supporting iPhone Duo on day one and will take a break

Upgraded from AirPods Max to cheap wired phones. AirPods Max sound great, but they are too heavy for long live stream sessions. Meanwhile, going live on Twitch now.

The more I think about the iPhone Duo, the more I like it I switched to the regular iPhone Pro from the Max size last year, and I like it. The closed Duo is even smaller and easy to handle in one hand, but you can still open it to deep-dive into content consumption or work.

Xcode RC doesn't have the iPhone Duo simulator I'd like to test the transition between screens and the new UI control element position. Not yet. Hopefully that will be added soon. Ok, now I can go to sleep for sure.

Well, that will be a lot of the testing for all the apps on foldable screens. Ok, time to sleep, will think about that tommorow. Good that we have an extra month if fixes will be needed.

I tried to use Linux a few times, but never had real need or use case for that. Windows were more convenient, and Mac was better for App development Omarchy somehow managed to hook me. I switched back and forward between it and windows for streaming and games until formatted SSD and went all i

Omarchy holding back for 24 hours with upgrades, but you can force upgrade to get access to Astra (GPT-6) thsi will do the trick: mise upgrade codex --minimum-release-age 0s

I really don't like those AI thumbnails, but they are getting clicks Seems that I will keep at least one of them in A/B tests untill I will become better crafting my own ones

This is why we can't have nice things on Linux Omarchy is fun, I have a fun to use it for web projects and even started to convert my video cliper mac app to run on it, but I still need windows to play games. So, I will stick with dual boot untill I'm old enough to stop playing

If I would fly with my gear to Thailand again I would still have my cameras, my PC and laptops in the suitcases. But I will not bring my monitors with me. That was mistake to ship Apple Studio display, a few more monitors and daughters PC. The shipping cost wasn't expensive but I had to pay import

AI or vibe coding skips learning completely. Sooner or later you stop reading code and definettely do not learn anything new. If I were optimizing for a developer job I’d study the code more deeply, but right now I’m optimizing for profitable apps.

We had a long conversation on Fired by Robots about the revenue drop in B2B products and software as a service in general. And even Pawel and I replaced some paid apps with our own take on them. We still believe that there is a place for good B2B products. I'm even building a product for other

I got confused when I was asked a simple question: where is my home? After a year of traveling and living abroad, it's tricky to answer because most of my stuff is in Bangkok, but it still feels like my home is back in Latvia. We are planning to use Thailand as our home base for the next three, m

I tried Claude Design when it was just released and wasn't impressed. Today I gave it a second shot. Wrote a decent prompt describing a mobile app for FeedbackThread Shared the link to the website and got a decent-looking app design, ready to implement Give it a try for your next UI update or

Let's be real, content creation is hard and time-consuming If that is not a cat picture, dinner, or random travel photo, most likely that is marketing Every content creator is trying to sell you something Btw, check my apps ;)

The Fable 5 model for Claude was amazing for planing and research and working on bigger tasks. Wery sad that we will not have acess to it anymore. Back to Codex for regular iOS app development tasks
