The maximum eclipse here. #eclipse

I was out filming the moon last night, as one does, and caught something pretty neat. 🌔✈️ #moon

I recently took a couple of test impressions from my Cyborg Ninja block. Some of the lines can be cleaned up a little bit, but overall, I'm fairly happy with how it's looking. Now on to the color blocks... #printmaking #mokuhanga #metalgearsolid

I've been slowly carving this block for the past few months. I'm fairly happy with how the carving turned out, but we'll see how it prints. The original art is by Yoji Shinkawa, and I'm trying to recreate it as a woodblock print. #mokuhanga #printmaking #metalgearsolid

A quick Cowboy Bebop woodblock print. This is Spike Spiegel, as seen in the show's iconic opening sequence. My last print took forever to complete, so I wanted a quick one before moving on to the next big project. This one's only two colors, on 6x8" blocks. #mokuhanga #printmaking #cowboybebop

I've been remiss in sharing progress updates for the Gurren Lagann woodblock print, but I finally finished printing it a few weeks ago. Here are some photos. 6 blocks (12 faces); 24 colors/impressions; 200ish hours. #mokuhanga #printmaking #gurrenlagann #ttgl

A clip from my test printing session(s) for the Gurren Lagann woodblock print. Starting with the key block, shown here. Only twenty-some colors to go after this. 😅 #mokuhanga #printmaking #gurrenlagann #ttgl

First post? Here are a few pics of my current project: a Gurren Lagann woodblock print. #mokuhanga #printmaking #gurrenlagann #ttgl
