This is reality. The old Dutch landscape versus the new. This was an early morning last week on the Dutch countryside. While I am not a big fan of the massive turbines in the landscape, in this particular scene it looks somewhat unreal and spectacular.

Last week above the city of Rhenen in The Netherlands. I had been wanting to photograph this church tower with these kinds of conditions for years, and I finally managed to do so. What a morning.

The transition between summer and autumn in the Netherlands. Our first autumn colours usually happen at the end of September, but autumn goes all the way into late November.

The Hague (Den Haag) Skyline - view from 'de Haagse Toren' Special thanks to them for letting me up there in the evening. You can go up there yourself with their super nice guide. They have some nice stories about the history of the tower and the city.

From digital to print - It's always such a joy to see your work as high quality print. For my printing and colour workflow I use my calibrated BenQ screens: Main (left) PD2770u , right the SW272u .
