PSA to all fantasy TTRPG authors: Spiders do not have mandibles (they have chelicerae). Nor do they have compound eyes (they have “simple eyes,” ocelli). Nor a venomous stinger at the end of their abdomen (that’s where the spinnerets go). Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I would have loved to keep every Mythic Carpathia vaesen on single spreads, but it was impossible. When just the text for a vaesen fills two pages, there is *no way* for me to fit the text *and* the image on one spread. 1/2

I just realized that my original post sounds a bit passive-aggressive. That was not my intention. I merely wanted to explain why I couldn't do the vaesen chapter in Mythic Carpathia the same way I did in the core rules or Mythic Brian & Ireland.

People are finally receiving their Realms of the Three Rings/Keepers of the Elven-rings books – and a lot of them point out how gorgeous they look. And they do! The art is maybe the best I have ever seen in a TTRPG (❤️ that Galadriel cover). And, if I dare say so, my layout is not too shabby either.

While working on the coming Starter Set for The Lord of the Rings™ Roleplaying, it was decided that the character sheet needed updating. I’ve tried to fit everything regularly needed during play on the front, leaving the back mostly a bunch of extra space. Available soon(ish) from freeleague.com

There was a successful Kickstarter for this game back in February 2018. But apparently the project was cursed. It has been plagued by illness, a pandemic, and death. And when we finally found someone able to print this odd little thing with its tiny box – it turns out that they couldn’t. 1/2
