If you are an undergraduate student interested in computational and systems neuroscience research, this is your chance to attend #COSYNE27 !!! Apply here for our undergrad travel grant tinyurl.com/cos27ugtravel deadline is Oct 30 (and if you are not an undergraduate, please help to spread the word!)

Re-post 🔁 is appreciated! #neurojobs: we’re looking for new team members to join us @cmc-unit.bsky.social!
If you’d like to study decision-making in naturalistic & embodied contexts (integrating RL, RNNs & cross-species data analysis) in a cool & collaborative research environment 😎, check 👇

We, the Natural Decision Making Group and the Embodied Decision Making Group, are joining forces to establish the CMC Unit, a joint research unit to uncover computational, biological, and ecological principles underlying adaptive decision-making. You can read more about us here: cmc-unit.org

We are thrilled 🥳 to share that we’re joining forces with @neuroprinciplist.bsky.social to establish a joint research unit, @cmc-unit.bsky.social integrating natural and embodied decision making across species! We also have open PhD and postdoc positions (check below for more info) 🎉

Google’s fly connectome data is cool and all, but I’m just waiting for generative CGI to get cheap enough so I can digitally erase that damn fly from Breaking Bad and give Walt 45 minutes of peace.
