I was accidentally at the Disney Data & Analytics Conference and at the end they got everyone to leave by handing out Star Wars cokes. And then I didn’t have to buy a drink with my sandwich on the train and that was nice.

POV: you're doing a 5:30AM stakeout to politely confront a mystery person who pours food for street animals directly onto your porch. They never show, but then somehow manage to execute the drop later, invisibly, in broad daylight, while you're having breakfast in this same spot.

ICE BEHIND THE MASKS HAVE NAMES 2 masked agents threatened to arrest Robert Peck for legally observing them. He sued. “And now, because of a lawsuit, the (ICE) agents have names.” A Hylton 📌Nicholas Lapointe 📌Christopher Semler I hope more people take ICE to court when their rights are violated.

Oh, that sucks! How are you going to work around it? Re-shoot? Editing trickery? Trash the whole thing and start over as a monk in the Himalayas?

For like the 50th time in my career, I missed filming an important line in a scene that I wrote the script for, used software to meticulously shot-plan, and was shooting on my own with no distractions while closely following a live-updating schedule.

It must be that I don't actually know how to read. My brain PRETENDS to read but I'm just going by a vague memory of what I made up. Like that condition where people lose vision but the brain thinks it can see so they make stuff up.

For like the 50th time in my career, I missed filming an important line in a scene that I wrote the script for, used software to meticulously shot-plan, and was shooting on my own with no distractions while closely following a live-updating schedule.

The script was open in front of me the entire day. I was looking at it between every take to see what comes next. I shot the part where the line goes, covered that section of the page. But without saying the line. And it's not like, a tiny exclamation or word. It's two whole sentences.

“Dragon’s Den” makes sense. Dragons hoard treasure. You’re a hero coming in trying to get it; might succeed or might get killed. “Shark Tank” has nothing to do with anything. No one goes to a shark tank. Sharks in a tank can’t get me and I don’t need anything from them.

You are up to date.
