i dont think standing on a sidewalk should be a crime

β€œI don’t want AI to replace artists and writers” is a humanist sentiment but β€œI don’t want robots to replace delivery drivers” just comes across as regressive to me.

as someone who has played the tony hawk series of games extensively, this is not very interesting, and it looks really stupid. maybe if you have a sub-30-IQ, you'll watch this shit, but it ain't for me.

do think there's a danger of looking at extremely cool shit like a car driving upside down then doing a kickflip before landing, and convincing yourself it's actually lame because the guy funding it is a white supremacist

they threw the PR department into a pachinko machine to decide what stance to take

My cousin organized a series of masked concerts in NYC so immunocompromised and other covid-conscious folks can still enjoy live music events, and is raising funds so he can keep doing so! Love and appreciation to anyone able to chip in πŸ™πŸΎβ™₯️ www.kickstarter.com/projects/pos...

Probably the coolest thing he's done next to being a potential Bomberman fan

i hate the phrase "height of covid". the height is right now! more and more people every year are becoming disabled from this virus and there's no end in sight! every study that comes out says the virus won't clear and lingers in the organs! the height is today! and tomorrow!

This is every bit as fragile, judgmental, and hostile as anything anyone said in the Globe piece!

imagine being segregated from the world for 7 years while no one gives a fuck about your struggle, and the only place you feel welcomed just told you to go fuck yourself. I think I'd be pretty upset, too! Anti-maskers and "no tests, no cases" people have and are driving rational people into solitude

most cisgender people despise trans people on a personal and very serious level. they, however, don't want other cisgender people to think they are mean or bad, so they use fake outrages like sports to launder their true beliefs in a politically correct way to retain their social status as "good"

union person@junlper.beer

trying to get people to understand that the trans women in sports debate isn’t really about sports but a meta narrative pushed by the right all about slowly getting all trans people out of public life is truly impossible
