👇 This is how many academics (especially as referees) read papers. So it’s worth keeping in mind when writing research articles. The key is to earn the reader’s attention after the abstract and intro and make them want to go deeper.

I imagine myself as a future historian, trying to make sense of our time through the documents left behind by the supposed leader of the free world, voluntarily chosen by the people of the most powerful country on earth.

Faszinierend, wie sich die Namensvielfalt gesteigert hat - vor allem bei den Buben. 1984 (fast mein Geburtsjahr) hatten fast 50% der Buben einen Namen aus den Top-10. Heute machen die Top-10 nur mehr knapp 15% aus. Andreas war in den 80ern natürlich ganz vorne dabei 😄.
