Watching Evil Dead Burn knowing it wasn’t good, but did not expect that it would be this bad. It’s so bad Of course it’s a Hot Commode-ity…

Wow, Evil Dead Rise was such a better movie. It’s like the people who made it had watched the other Evil Dead movies. They made references, they made nods, they even got the actress to say “the line” I was not entirely disappointed by it like I was Burn. Still messed up with the daytime deadite tho

Do it

I'm currently looking for gigs, I have time in between scripts for interiors, covers, commissions, paid pitch pages. If you're looking for an artist hmu, thanks!

Sterlin Harjo should be in charge’o a TV network Not that Ellison dipshit Or that other dipshit Or what’s his fuck, neither Someone who not only makes good tv but knows tv, and clearly likes tv; put them in charge

Dear All Merch Sellers, Not everything is a capsule. Sometimes you sell a hat and a shirt, and that's it. It's not a drop, you didn't drop a capsule, you sent out an email that a hat and shirt were available. Thank you.

Setting up an incredible external storage device so I can active install every game in my Steam library is something you will never see me post.

When I have just the right amount of Vietnamese soup I say that’s “Pho, nominal” And if a fried noodle is left on one of the plates while dining I say I’m eating with “wonton, abandoned”

“We need to preemptively sue because we think people who would vote for our candidate are actually too stupid to be able to physically vote for our candidate” People outside of ranked choice voting look at it and say it’s “confusing” while the people who live there and vote it are fine with it

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

BRENNAN: The DOJ lawsuit demands the Alaska result not be certified if voters are confused. The confusion is defined as Sen. Sullivan not winning. BLANCHE: That's not what it says BRENNAN: I'm quoting from it. You are telling them not to certify it. What right does the federal govt have?

Also; what better way to say “this ai sucks shit, these drones are garbage” than by having to make a whole new company to breed dogs to strap this garbage to? Shouldn’t the ai work? Shouldn’t the drones be effective? What do you need the dog for, Palmer? Sounds like you’re just feeding dogs to war

“Palmer Luckey” are the last 2 words you hear before the worst handjob of your life takes place

*NEW* Colossal Biosciences’ Ben Lamm and Anduril’s Palmer Luckey team up on a new startup to genetically engineer war dogs for the military. Warhound comes out of stealth at $1.2B valuation For @forbes.com with @iainmartin.bsky.social and @mhunterhart.bsky.social www.forbes.com/sites/amyfel...

There’s a costume at Spirit Halloween that is an incredibly flammable fake Hawaiian shirt, mullet wig, and glue on goatee and the name of the get up is: “Guy not allowed 500 feet near a school or playground”

Typed out and deleted several posts as replies to the several people in a discord complaining about You Can See Everything “spoilers”. The podcast warned in advance they were going to talk about the movie. “Talk”. They don’t show you anything, it’s literally the antithesis of the title

But beyond that; it’s a documentary, about a subject that has other documenting works done about, about a woman who has already had a biopic about her, who has been covered in the news and on other podcasts for years The movie is 3 hours long, and this podcast has talked about it for 10s of minutes

I think they’re angry because by skipping th spoiler talk they miss out on the episode, they get less episode… it’s a free podcast, you aren’t paying for it, you aren’t being denied anything by skipping those 10s of minutes

Guy at the table next to me has been goin’ on about people younger than him “maybe it’s genetics, or something, but they don’t have life experiences to learn from. My time in the military shaped me into the man I am today” Buddy, the man you are today has been complaining nonstop for the last 20+min

Claims to not be “ai”, but is not beating those allegations

do think there's a danger of looking at extremely cool shit like a car driving upside down then doing a kickflip before landing, and convincing yourself it's actually lame because the guy funding it is a white supremacist

Do I know anyone near #HollywoodFlorida that can point me to a decent 1-2br #apartment / #house that for <$1600? If it’s near or close to Young Circle, even better. If it’s more expensive (~$2k 2-3br), I have a lead on a roommate that will also be looking for a new place. #HousingSearch

For all the bragging these tech dorks do about their AI they haven’t managed to do anything about the abundance of hobots liking posts trying to sucker simps. If anything there seems to be more of them, almost like they’re using AI to increase their output

Ye better start cookin' in the style of Cucina Povera, matey, 'cause

The New York Times@nytimes.com

A hearty pasta sauce fortified with vegetables rather than meat, “sugo finto” translates from Italian to “fake sauce” and is a highlight of cucina povera (an Italian term — and art — referring to frugal cuisine). nyti.ms/4rTfyY7

Every other comment I read about Lanterns makes me want to watch it, the comments in between those make me not want to watch it

This headline should say "David Fart'nAnnoy, of FartStool Sports, Opened His Mouth and Poop Came Out Because His Mouth is a Butt and That's What Butts Do"

I didn’t go to work today so that means I can have an existential crisis sandwich if I want. (There’s a shop here that makes a sando that’s a oneoff sando that you can’t alter and he doesn’t tell you what’s in it. Last time I had 1 I mildly broke my brain as I contemplated its existence and my own)

Can’t remember the exact phrasing, but as I was prepared for a procedure the nurse asked a number of questions and I paused for a while when she said “do you have any religious or spiritual concerns?” After a beat I finally said: “about this procedure? No. But, like, if I had the think about it..🤷🏻?”

Big week here in Missoula, tonight (free shortblock) & tomorrow(Sin City!) we host movies at The Roxy, Thurs we have a party at MHAC & the first ever Comic Arts of Missoula festival is this Saturday at the Missoula Public Library w 30+ artists & creators exhibiting📚 If you're in town come join us!

Mom comes over to cook Sunday dinner, says “I brought beans to stretch the meal if your aunt comes” goes on&on about the beans. Asks where the can opener is, frustrated after one second, asks me to open the cans. I open the cans, thinking “are these beans even good? That’s a lot of liquid…”

Take the can to the sink, pour out the liquid… There’s nothing in the can I’m about to ask her “how old are these goddam beans!” As I position the can to see the date I notice it says “chicken broth” on the can 😑 Wasn’t even a goddam can of beans!! Aunt isn’t even showing up for dinner 😵‍💫😫🤪

Was at the store today and I saw all this crap and I said “what happened to that crap that was popular, earlier this year? Remember that crap? Don’t even see any of it here, haven’t heard anyone mention it in months. I don’t even remember what those shits were even called” (Labubus, just remembered)
