The Daily Mail has long since given up been a newspaper, more a mouth-piece for hate, bile & climate denial nonsense. The so called "Eco-zealots" include the UN which yesterday called on all countries to "pull out all the stops” to cut emissions to the internationally recognized 1.5 degree target.

In my conversations with the UK Prime Minister and the Chancellor, I have been very clear that whilst we of course support net zero, we cannot have a jobless transition, abandon our energy security or offshore our carbon responsibilities. That is why we have argued for this decision on Jackdaw.

How super-rich are divorced from the reality of climate crisis. "Here at MYS 2026 there are 118 superyachts, with a combined length of 5,508 metres, and a value of €4.5bn .. We can't allow two crypto-billionaires to buy Britain - a Reform government will trash any climate initiatives, including net zero; frack the UK; drill offshore, gut agencies like Natural England & probably the Environment Agency; and that is before they start departing people who aren't white..
