🟥 Chelsea or Liverpool: Who Will Sign Lamine Camara? @LewisSteele_ On Media Matters

🚨@LewisSteele_: Mac Allister might not get a renewal, but if he keeps playing this way maybe a discussion over an #LFC extension under five years may come into play. Lamine Camara is clearly one that they like as mentioned by everyone. They’ve got to make decisions in there but Jan/summer who knows.

🚨@LewisSteele_: They will try and get the price down with Barcelona, but #LFC should be trying to make Ronald Araujo permanent. He’s a joy to watch, loved by the fans and makes a real difference to #LFC. He’s can give them centre back cover too.

🚨@LewisSteele_: I can’t see #LFC moving for Trent although stranger things have happened. It would probably be a loan they’d want if anything & I can’t see them agreeing to that. He’s on a huge wage too and there’s been injuries.

🚨@LewisSteele_: It may well be that Bournemouth were smoking Chelsea out with the #LFC Alex Scott latest reports. #LFC clearly like him but there’s uncertainty over whether it a midfielder in Jan or summer too. Plus the price tag we’ve seen might put him further down the list.

🏆 Andoni Iraola talks Carabao Cup: “Every competition is important. I would love to win tomorrow and have the chance to win the comipetition but I know we have to play very well. We are playing a team that isn't in Europe o for them this competition is very important.”

🟥 Andoni Iraola talks rotation: “It's not that we have a lot of options that we need to rotate. All the top teams need to rotate. Sometimes you have forced rotation due to injury or sometimes we have different demands in different games tactically.”

🇪🇸 Iraola talks Xabi Alonso: “I've done maybe 25 interviews about our relationship but at this moment everyone knows. We were close friends, grew up together in the same team, we played against each other at club level and together at national team.”

🇸🇪 Iraola talks Alexander Isak: “I think Alex feels the trust of everyone. Everyone trusts if he moves into good positions he will score goals.

🟥 Iraola on the Kop after Brighton:

“It's not about gaining the confidence. You have to have the right to belong, you want to get it with good performances and wins and this will take time. But I'm glad because I felt the other day the supporters helped us a lot. They were enjoying it as we were.”

🆕 LIVE PODCAST ALERT 🚨 🟥 Mac Allister's Future, #LFC's Midfield Plans & Big Ron 🎙️ Lewis Steele joins Dave Davis for your Tuesday episode of Media Matters 🕛 1315 GMT 📺 Available LIVE here on X plus YouTube

🚨@DaveD0106: We just have to hope Mac keeps this level up ‘til the end of the season & a renewal becomes a real conversation. It maybe that Ward has already made that call, hence the links to Camara, Scott and others. Only time will tell on this one. #LFC

@DaveD0106: Camara, Scott, Altimira, Nmecha and Kone all seem to be on #LFC shortlist then for midfield. It might not be for Jan, but it’ll be interesting who / how the jigsaw fits together. Altimira is more Fabinho, Camara more Kante as me and @Barts78 said. Ward has to get it right.

🚨@DaveD0106: Isak & Barcola have a link between them. as @SamMcGuire90 wrote, 19/20 of Isak’s shots have been in the box. He had three shots and he got a goal. That’s got to be the plan. It can’t be have Gakpo blam that many. Iraola will be aware of those numbers.

🟥 Florian Wirtz Is Finally Finding His Liverpool Form @davidlynchlfc on Media Matters

🟥 Trent Alexander-Arnold’s Real Madrid Gamble: Was Leaving Liverpool a Mistake? @davidlynchlfc On Media Matters

🚨@davidlynchlfc: Big rotation for the #LFC Chelsea game with one eye on Arsenal. It’s lowdown on the list, I wanna see young players given a change. The likes of Wirtz, Isak shouldn’t be in this. Rio and Trey could well start too.

🚨@davidlynchlfc: I can’t see #LFC being interested in Trent. He’s 28, he’s had injuries and no one’s will be sure what the next steps are for him. It would be a huge wage too, despite his progression from right back. He comes with the defensive downsides too, I don’t think it would be a wise move.

🚨@davidlynchlfc: I’d still be Surpsied if a Jan move happened for a midfielder. It’ll def be addressed over he next few windows. We’ve seen other names who’ve been linked, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Lamine Camara ended up at #LFC

🚨@davidlynchlfc: Mac Allister has been brilliant but I can’t see #LFC offering a renewal. I wouldn’t either. It’ll be a logical decision. If they think it’s right to freshen up & bring another option in, they should stick to their guns. Lamine Camara does seem to be the favourite too.

🚨@davidlynchlfc: Iraola deserves massive praise for #LFC form He’s fixed the defensive side and now the attack is starting to function well too. He’s got them really coming to the boil. There are major positives you can see starting to build. It’s another massive week for them too.
