OMG YES!!!! COURT ORDERS TRUMP TO SIT FOR DEPOSITION IN BBC CASE!! The hearing *just* happened, the order hasn't posted yet but you will be sure that I will grab it as soon as I can, along with the transcript in which the judge said to Trump's attorney...

... among other things, "This is the last opportunity to {adequately participate in discovery}" and "The court is not satisfied that anyone is doing a thorough job." Oh I love this SOOOO MUCH for him!!!! Karma's a bitch, discovery's a bitch, and I'm the Democracy Bitch. ;~)

You have to dig deep to discover that we use Improve MX as the Internet email exchange (not email service, just the MX) for the particular website of ours to which they sent this email. I will admit that because of all of this it almost got me.

(Yes, even me (first anti-spam attorney in the U.S. and former dean of cyberlaw and cyber security). BUT, fortunately, I never click on links in email, I always go and log in directly on the site from which the email claims to come.

They scour every corner of the Internet, figuring out who uses what services and then spoofing them. In this case Improv MX is one of the Internet services which deals in the underpinnings of the email system ("mx" stands for "mail exchange").
