anyone miss the internet when people actually had stuff on it? like, nothing i search is run by a person anymore. i remember being into Norse Religion (if Christianity is a religion, so is Norse, fite me) and like, i had a slew of websites with so much knowledge run by singular people, amazing!!

Oh right, i went to bed incredibly late last night, was messing around in XIV, some kind player ran 18 treasure maps of their own and then i saw someone advertising dueling in Gilgamesh. decided to check it out, realized very quick they feed their ego BUT meet a super cool player, Grimm....

Grimm something, can't remember their last name, but they were in character and really knowledgeable. apparently Gilgamesh has a dueling scene? even saw travelers making their way here. and it was pretty packed at 1 in the morning lol. couldn't beat Grimm or Kiki Valentine, a reaper player

but i felt like i got close a couple times. might go back there every once in a bit, pretty fun environment. not into learning how other jobs fight, too FGC for me, abilities, animations and stuff, oof, rather do an ultimate, lol. but it was very fun, with 2-3 hours just chilling and dueling

it's such a surreal feeling actually going to the library and being excited to get some books. literally child-like feelings, since the library was a huge place to pass the time when i was younger; though the reasons are different lol. back then comp use for walkthroughs and printing Poke cards, LOL
