A friendly reminder thread: our team works hard to support and promote indie creators. We're a nonprofit with a small team; just one person handles all the formatting and graphics. This month's magazine was over 60 pages!

That being said, We will not tolerate harassment, disrespect, or entitled behavior. Our team is made up of passionate artists who have created and completed ARGs ourselves; we understand the work that goes into them.

We deeply appreciate the passion and creativity this community brings, and we hope everyone can understand the limitations we face. Thank you all for your continued support, and we will keep at it!

We try to include as many submissions as possible, but often, submissions come in without following the proper guidelines. This might create challenges and, in some cases, requires removal if additional issues arise. (Which usually will be explained if this happens)

These decisions are never made with malice, and we always do our best to correct any errors post-publication when possible. Respecting our team’s time helps us continue to make this work sustainable. As much as we wish we could respond to every request instantly, we’re not an on-demand service.

Past covers being Dad Feels, Boisvert, Umami, The Sun Vanished, Sycopsilico, Alex Bale, Nightmind, Hi, I'm Marry Marry, Perplex City, and Poppy. Also, the interviews with Inside Mind, Tin Foil Tom, Jeffiot, Rainer, Alex Hera, Yolandi Franken, and most of the covers. very inspiring and insightful.

Reminder The due date to turn in any promos is June 5th. We have a very cool cover (as always) for this upcoming magazine. A big influence on unfiction and branched out to do other artistic endeavors. Indie roots to in your face music and film.

Also an insightful interview with a talented filmmaker. Among other creative awesomeness. As always, stay creative and remember to take time to observe the world beyond your own.

Any purchase made by buying a print copy only covers the printing cost. In the future we may open a Patreon with some bonus content and perks. But as of now we are happy to spread the word about this amazing genre, artists, and keeping physical media alive.

It's an honor to be interviewed by Laura. Her passion for ARGs keeps us motivated to continue spreading this very special form of storytelling. Stay creative everyone!

I've just shared a new post to the Center for Immersive Arts blog! I spoke to the creators of ARG Digest (@arg-digest.bsky.social), a self-published magazine for fans and creators of alternate reality games. Fun interview & a great project—zines and ARGs are a perfect match cfia.org/arg-digest-m...

If you need to reset, reset. If you need to start over, start over. The "sunk cost fallacy" is absolute poison for trauma recovery. The world is full of people who are in their 2nd, 3rd, & 4th acts. Don't stay in the wrong room because you happened to walk in the wrong door.

ARG Digest Physical Copy – A Little Sidenote Due to an issue on Amazon’s end, some copies may be printed on unintended non-gloss paper. This error affects the color contrast slightly, however, it doesn’t take away from how awesome it is. Keep physical media alive!

V-Day is tomorrow, and it got us wondering: what is your favorite romance arc in a series you enjoy? On the reality side, ARGs bring people together—just like many other hobbies/ interests. But nothing quite replicates the journey ARG's offer—the ups and downs, the twists and turns, an experience.🫀

I Am Sophie is back in action, and so is ARG Digest. In the soon-to-be-released issue of ARG Digest, the first article to grace the pages is I Am Sophie. If you’d like a nice sample of the series, be sure to check out this issue.

You are up to date.
