My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today. Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man.

Your split family sounds like my own. Thanksgiving dinner is closing in. I’ll be eating turkey with half my tongue bitten off. I’ll try keeping things on the up and up but admittedly it’s not so easy and sometimes I say things I later wish I hadn’t.

MAGA are our friends, neighbors and family members. Through dialogue and patience I have convinced some to rethink how they view things and some are now actually supporting Democrats. No one capitulates after being called a racist or Nazi. That never works.

Q: There's a report that FEMA is telling states to prepare to handle disasters on their own. Any reaction? OSSOFF: So the Trump administration is telling folks across the country to prepare to fend for themselves while taxpayer dollars are sent to back Don Jr & Eric's mining interest in Kazakhstan?
