I need to say something & I know few will listen but it's a PSA: I went to Legacy Pawn Shop, Inc. located at 774 S Mill St, Lewisville, TX 75057 and I had a nightmare of an experience. This post will be in a few parts because there is a bit to tell.

- Have innocent and non-violent American citizens in them. Arpaio BRAGGED about CONCENTRATION CAMPS in HIS OWN WORDS. He detained people WITHOUT TRIAL and let the DIE IN CELLS WITHOUT ANY CARE OR RIGHTS. He was going to see prison for this stuff and Trump pardoned him and called him a "PATRIOT"

The man just scoffed and asked where this was. I told him it happened in Arizona for years. All he said is "Hmmpf, I know someone who lives in Arizona, I think I would've heard of that" Dude, you are rabid at the teeth to go kill people you don't even know, & you don't even know what your trump did

Now let me just say, you have every right to not care about me or my experiences. But I have every right to judge you when you say you disregard and look past such horrific events and continue supporting and PRAISING the entities responsible.

He sat there and yelled to me about HUNTER BIDEN, someone who was never even in office, about conspiracy theories. I mentioned to him just one of the things that make me dislike Trump, I told him I don't think it's patriotic to pardon someone bragging about running "concentration camps" that -

What in the absolute F#CK?!?! I tried to bring him down a little bit because he then started talking about Hunter #Biden or whatever and how " #Trump is so amazing, who else loses a billion & earns it right back?" I did not feel welcome and I know feeling don't matter to these people, but that...

That was not okay on any level. I told him I understand there is nuance but maybe killing everyone isn't best, maybe rehabilitation is good sometimes. He disagreed & said, think about the victims, to which I said "I AM a victim, my family & community have been killed by Nazis&Russia" He didn't care

My goal today was to look around at #firearms in the area & maybe expand into calibers I don't own already, I just want to learn and be experienced. The man came over to me after a few minutes as I'm looking at their firearm section. Within the first minute or two he started spitting #conspiracy bs

Then he said something that really #alarmed me. I know I am a blue collar guy, I know I'm white, etc, etc, but I'm no bigot. He went off on a tirade about "I know how we can solve this #immigration problem. Bring back public #hanging and let us tag these ******'s, stuff 5 in your trunk and get paid"

Upon arrival I was yelled at and told I might need to leave simply because the man thought my shirt said " #Baylor #University" when it was just a Legend of #Zelda shirt underneath my plaid jacket. I showed him and he said something like "Yeah you'd have to get the heck out if that was the case"

Update on current status concerning running for #TX district 24: Still waiting to hear back from the Democrat Election Office. I made it through to them and spoke with a gentlemen that said he would have the person able to help me reach back out. I'll contact them within a few days if I don't hear.

I cannot express the level of #distress I feel when seeing people wholeheartedly admit they wouldn't have a problem #killing innocent people. #Neo-Nazi shoots up my mall. #Trumpers give me death threats over a shirt. #Trump gaslights to world into thinking my #farmer family deserves to be killed.

Why should I pay into a regime that is actively trying to: #censor opposition #criminalize innocent people infringe rights to privacy infringe rights to expression Using taxes I pay to NOT defend allies from Russias genocidal invasion, NOT give us healthcare, NOT protect veterans. Fck this.

This is driving me insane! Our #representatives are talking about #tariffs and how they are going to hurt us, after talking about how we need them so much, and they are like: "If I gotta pay a bit more for something I'm all for it" YOU F#CKING IDIOTS! Your salary is our #taxes AND you take bribes!

Also: How are they going to sit there and pretend like we can ALL shelter this sh1tstorm they just unleashed into the industrial fan that is our economy. The worst part is, keeping w that metaphor, that fan blows into a room we're all trapped in, and they sit in a glass box above us w all they need

I've spent the last few days #protesting when and where I can. I'm glad to see more #support joining by the day. I also managed to finally get ahold of my elections office and am waiting to hear back from them about running for TX district 24. I desperately want to stand up against this absurdity.

Does the #right think that we don't care about #immigration or #drugs? It just seems like they don't aim for roots of problems and prefer to attack either the #victims or just pursue bad actors over and over. As far as #immigration goes, if I recall most of the violent terrorists came via airport

And as far as #drugs go, I don't think we should #criminalize people who fall to #addiction. Instead of locking people up to #waste our #tax dollars, or worse make them do forced labor, we should always aim for #rehabilitation so that person can #contribute to #society again one day and enjoy life.

But some people like to take the #rehabilitation stance and say something like "So if we #arrested someone who killed 100 people, we should just let them go?" and that is such a bad faith response because there shouldn't be #blanket-solutions when we have such a #nuanced society.

So 2-3 years ago when we heard about #Blackrock having a stake in damn near everything everywhere & that they would make tons of profit by leading worldwide rebuilding efforts for #Ukraine...this is all falling right in place, isn't it?
