Y'all ever notice that the people with the worst fucking opinions imagineable can't formulate a coherent sentence to save their fucking lives? It's all run-on sentences and zero punctuation sandwiched between the mosy hateful, ignorant shit.

I didn't learn a semblance of good grammar until I was an adult. Something is horribly wrong with education and we're just letting it happen. We could simply just not be raising a generation of knuckle dragging bigots but our alegiance to billionaires prevents us from having good things.

Went to r/fascistsandmassivecunts and I asked anyone if they knew you and they all said "no, I've never heard of her before, by the way give us your address, we want to hate crime you, you stupid f****t." and I said "Whoa, what the fuck is with the hostility?"

and I said "I can't discern tome through text and while you may be acting in a facetious way, it's indistinguishable from the genuine deal." and they said "That's actually some very useful feedback. Thanks. We may introduce a rule to institute manditory tone indicators moving forward."

and they said "look at the name of the sub, dumb ass" and I said, "oh my bad. The sub's picture is similar to a sub I frequent. My bad." and they said "It's all good. The name is a bit anyway, we're not actually fascists and massive cunts."

OH MY FUCKING GAWD FINALLY!! Time to wrap it up, boys. This is what I was sticking around for. There is quite literally nothing left for me to do on here. It was a good ride everyone but all good things etc.

Halo Hot Take: The cassette futurism aesthetic of the first three Halo games were peak. Holograms should be reserved for moments of great importance. Let screen displays be on screens and let Cortana be a hologram.

Halo Hot Take: The Spartan Laser is awful but so is the stupid fucking spike launcher from Infinite. Give the spike launcher the charge up time of the laser and make it actually stake enemies to surfaces on a direct hit.

I have some very firm opinions on first person shooter design, and I have yet to be shown why I shouldn't hold those opinions. Hot take: Shotguns should be "overpowered." Meaning they can kill from medium range with relative ease.

Doom 2016 had incredible multiplayer and I'm tired of pretending like it didn't. There was a throwing star that you could use to teleport, it played exactly like Quake 3 and had better character customization than your favorite Halo game.

Y'all really think it's cute when I type out my thoughts about Halo. Here's one: Cutting out secondary use cases from weapons and turning them into equipment is just plain silly. Repulsor on projectiles and grenades was already an effect of the gravity hammer.

Repulsor jumping was done with a shield trade off in the form of grenade and rocket jumping. The grappleshot is just a beefed up version of how the energy sword works in Halo 2 but with a third of the charges. active camo and overshield were just pickups. thrusters were inate in Halo 5.

The shroud could've been a grenade type. Hell, half of the equipment in Halo 3 could've just been new grenade types. The bubble shield was originally meant to roll. Remember what they took from you.

I wish I had stuck with it, but I had some preliminary data on Halo Infinite that I was collecting on auto starts (AR and magnum) vs precision starts (BR and AR.) The data was trending towards players not trading up weapons in exchange for their BR in most matches.

after the match to determine player placement and swap frequency. This was done in both auto and precision starts playlists across and accounting for multiple gametypes. Conclusion*: A small sample of players showed more willingness to trade out weapons in auto starts, often times for a precision-

weapon, but also for non-precision weapons with more frequency in auto starts matches than precision starts matches. Maps swayed results marginally, but the trends remained consistent. Possible issues with the methodology: Choosing to compete but not swap weapons could skew results as the average-

number of available weapons on the map was higher without me being involved in the process whatsoever. A possible way to fix this bias is by finding willing participants in a cohort of players selected at random to represent a population and spectating the behavior of two full teams.

Observation: Players seemingly trade out their weapons less frequently with precision starts than auto starts. Research: Seemingly no research has been done into the causal relationship between starting weapon and weapon trades. Competetive community typically asserts a higher swap frequency.

Hypothesis: Auto starts trade more due to the lower performance floor. Thus slotting the BR into a mid tier power weapon category. Methodology: To minimize bias I played matches without swapping my weapons ever, only measuring per capita among participants that weren't aware using theater mode-

The hypothesis was that the BR seemingly slots in as a mid-tier power weapon and trivializes a quarter of the weapons sandbox. When it's something to be fought over it makes for a more varied match, encouraging different playstyles.

I like to think my methodology was fairly solid with some minor flaws, and what data I did collect showed a trend. Precision starts creates a bland gameplay loop. Everyone holds onto their BR and doesn't swap out weapons, even for other mid-tier power weapons.
