River, big fluffy foster with The Kronos Adam Foundation, and Sherlock. Sherlock is one of my babies and he's been here since he was 3 days old. He's kind of a brat. 😂 #fosterdog

Seamus is another foster. He came to us with a bite history and was going to be euthanized at the shelter. He let everyone pet him last weekend and was super sweet. ❤️ It's been a process getting him from angry gremlin to here, and he will not be going home with any children. 😁

Bastian, black and tan Dobie mix, found his home. ❤️ He's been our longest term foster in a while. When he first got here he was completely shut down. I had to physically pull him out of his crate to go outside, which was not that difficult because he was skin and bones. 💔 Congratulations, Baz!

Newest foster pup, Bastian. ❤️ He is starting to come out of his shell after being dumped as a 'stray' at a shelter with a 50% euth rate. 💔 Has two tick-borne diseases+giardia, hopefully that's gone. He also has an eye condition, treating with eye drops. Aka, a hot mess. But we'll get him fixed up!

I want to not have a mortgage because I'm tired of our mortgage being sold or companies consolidating... It's really annoying. It was easier when we had to just have one the bank held because were too high risk for any of the mortgage giants to want us.

I spoke at my local county commission meeting tonight. It was about the animal shelter, but remember our voices matter, and we need to speak up.

Maya has me breaking the no puppies rule... She'll hopefully go to her forever home this week, which is good because all the resident dogs hate her. Oops. 😬

These are our newest additions, Kanga and Dozer(daughter/dad) - we adopted them because the rescue we were fostering for wasn't doing their part. They both have front limb deformities, and we are working with a prosthetic expert in the area.❤️ Our home is not ideal for them, but we're making it work!

I haven't been on here in a year... Jasper got adopted and Dolly's cancer came roaring back - she was with us for 101 days and we adopted her so she would have a home at the end.

Dolly maybe wasn't so impressed that Jasper didn't get adopted today... ❤️

Fosters Jasper (Odontoma, in good health, looking for forever) and Dolly (malignant mammary tumors removed, will probably stay with us forever) wrestling in the living room. Everyone should do morning wrestling probably.
