Billionaire families have spent $1.7 BILLION on the 2026 midterms so far — a 5,200% increase since the 2010 midterms. Citizens United is among the worst decisions in history. It corrupts our system every day. Big Money is the root of our dysfunction.

The US Gulf Coast accounts for over 50% of nation’s refining capacity. Will be buying fuel today, before Isaias makes landfall.

He was a spiritual leader for those of his faith and for those who weren't, and he was a good person before and while in one of those "high offices" that corrupt people, yet he remained the same person throughout.

That is what I mean when I say the world needs ppl like him, especially now ...and yet (from his perspective at least) now is when god chooses to take him home. These are truly dark times. Live now, while you still can.

Tonight: Superman (1978). Typewriters, cigarettes, landlines, "there's no 'g' in brazier," and lines like "could you be a pet and mail this for me" by Louis Lane. Not the biggest fan of the 'rescuing the princess' trope, but still a great movie. RIP Christopher Reeve.
