Introducing VectorSearch.js (star it & I'll continue to work on it)! A JS lib that allows you to perform semantic search over millions of vectors in ms, & can visualize embeddings too! Runs #Google's popular #EmbeddingGemma model client side! github.com/jasonmayes/V... #TransformersJS #LiteRT #TFJS

Nice - though I’m now regretting not shipping with rubber feet!

My ESP-Rainbow created by @atomic14.bsky.social was delivered through @crowdsupply.bsky.social today! I just added some rubber feet, fired Chromium on my Linux laptop and upload Manic Miner 😁 The first impressions are terrific: menu, games loading and keys all worked as they should.

It’s finally happening! Apologies for the delay. International bulk shipping to the US has been a bizarre experience.

@atomic14.bsky.social Hi Chris. Just checking that the ESP32 Rainbows are still on track? I've not heard any shipping messages just yet.

We’ll soon have websites run by hipsters. Hand crafted HTML - or maybe… frontpage!

There will be only two types of websites soon: 1. AgentWeb - Build, run and optimised by automated agent at some web farm 2. ArtisanWeb - handcrafted by a human 😀

On the ZX Spectrum a 0 bit was represented by a high and low lasting 1710 T-states (around 488us in total) and a 1 bit was represented by a high and low lasting 3420 T-states (around 977us) - so depending on the content of the file the loading time could vary dramatically.

But on average you'd get an amazing 1364 baud - or around 170 bytes/s! Around five minutes to load a 48K game - doesn't seem very long now, but to me as an 11 year - it felt like a lifetime!
