Can we stop saying these flash floods occur once in a lifetime because I have seen this play out almost every time it rains hard now. We had floods in Jersey when I was a kid. Our basement flooded. That was one time. But now it's happening all the time. Stay dry out there. Unless you're Tesla 🤣
