Audio Antihero (New Avery Friedman Single Out Oct 9th!)

Both for the music and the person, 'If I Let It Quiet' has been one of my best experiences running this wildly unsustainable record label Let it quiet. The old world is dying, and the new world struggles to be born: now is the time of the big @brosaleigh.bsky.social recordu.lnk.to/if-i-let-it-...

I love this lil’ clip of me and my friend Andrew Goldring in Nashville last weekend 🥲

“that’s a nice albums of the year list you have there…it’d be a shame if…Josaleigh Pollett…topped it” josaleighpollett.bandcamp.com/album/if-i-l...

Some great reviews for this one from @darrenhayman.bandcamp.com and rightly so ✨️✨️✨️ darrenhayman.bandcamp.com/album/im-you...

I bought one of these for my dad. And he was a union representative at British Telecom. It’d be pretty cool to have something similar to what my dad has, I imagine.

My #SOTW this time is "Blissin Out" by Big Winner. Cute video too. youtu.be/LQ0rm82uAPA?...

Praise for my new album ‘I’m Your Team’, available on streaming and bandcamp.

Audio Antihero alumni and Frog collaborator CHUCK is back as Big Winner. Debut album out on Nov 13th. I’m not exactly working on it, but I’m helping out a little, so if any press/radio/etc folks wanna hear it, just let me know!

Spent the morning revisiting the Hefner back catalog, a band whose posters seemed ubiquitous where I lived in E17 & whose songs were a permanent fixture in my 00/10’s playlists. Fair to say I was quite obsessed for a good few years & I still think Darren Hayman is one of UK's finest songwriters.

The is awesome. The @citizenhelene.bsky.social song is dreamy.

I designed the artwork for this seven inch by the Wedding Present. The original painting is sitting in my front room and will be for sale soon. Let me know if you’re interested.

Other peoples stuff pt1: A day of promoting some stuff I’ve come across lately. Will Schwartz writes beautiful character led Americana. Way better lyrics than me. open.spotify.com/album/4sPou3...

Let's fucking go. @darrenhayman.bandcamp.com talks @fortherabbits.bsky.social through 'I'm Your Team' track-by-track.

Psyched for Avery Friedman's "You Move" to get some @louderthanwar.bsky.social Radio support from @hby14.bsky.social ahead of her first UK tour dates in November!

Nice mention of my favourite song from my new album ‘I’m Your Team’ in the Guardian.

On Nov 12th, 19th 26th and Dec 6th I am doing four art workshops at Soho Poly in central London. The classes are subsidised by Westminster University and low priced at £8 each and a season ticket for £22. Each workshop has a different theme. sohopoly.co.uk/events/paint...

A little thread about a series of art workshops in November and December I’m doing. This is going to be lots of fun and I hope you can join me. Ridiculously low priced too.

Really thrilled with this @musicomh.com review for @darrenhayman.bandcamp.com’s ‘I’m Your Team.’ So lovely to see this response.

Saw this as I writing about the new @darrenhayman.bandcamp.com album 'I'm Your Team' on @audioantihero.bandcamp.com - the songs got me in a very Leonard Cohen mindset. And like Cohen, Hayman is a dab hand at painting - especially if you like trains. 🖤 www.analoguetrash.com/blog/darren-...
