I was expecting MORE games featuring rhinoceroses — after all, the theme of the year was "Unicorns and Rainbows," and they are essentially **real-life battle unicorns**. But so far, I haven't spotted another game with this animal. I wonder if @end3r.bsky.social feels the same...

Technically relevant: Procedural illustration—I didn't use sprites. This allows for smoother animation and avoids the pixelated look found in most games, given the file size constraints. A portion of state management and all physics runs in a Web Worker, allowing better FPS.

But why is there a placeholder? The target state is nested and we can't nest :has(). It means that we could not use label:has(&)::before together with label::before (line 21), which means that the elements that precede the first selected one would not be affected by the state of the set. #CSS

Ou a direita não combate a criminalidade tanto quanto finge fazer, deixando esse embate para a esquerda (Tainá, Freixo, Marielle, ..., Chico Mendes, ...) Ou esses crimes tem motivação política e direita não é composta por "gente de bem". O "OU" em álgebra booleana não é necessariamente excludente.

For this year's theme “fear or avoidance of 13” of js13kgames.com I want to do the antithesis of the #JS13K. I think in something compiled to WebAsm, a ASCII game, a console game... but I found a real contravention: This is a true JSZeroK Minesweeper game, and all game logic is implemented in #CSS.

pô, fazer um desabafo acompanho esses estudos há anos e entendo o desespero dele. o q aconteceu no ano passado e o q tá rolando esse ano é coisa q os modelos previam pra rolar entre 2030~2045. Atingimos +1,5° já, os +2,5~3 de 2100 podem chegar em 2050 ou até antes.
