Berlin is waiting for you. 🌙 If you're heading to Berlin for KanDDDinsky next week, this one's for you. Evening Guide: Festival of Lights, the DDR Museum open until 9pm, dinner at 207 metres, live jazz, and a historic quarter 10 minutes' walk from the venue. Make the most of it. 🐙

«Who ends up happy? Probably someone who's been trying to piece this together, but is a little bit frustrated by: how can I know if this is right? How does right feel like? I have so many questions. Those people would leave quite happy.» 👉 www.avanscoperta.it/en/training/...

spreaker.comCollaborative Software Modelling and Design with Bytesize Sessions - Andrea MagnorskyCollaborative Software Modelling and Design with Bytesize Sessions with Andrea Magnorsky “I don’t want an exclusive design process, but when you open it up it takes 10 times longer. It’s impossible to get buy-in for that.” Sound familiar? You know collaboration matters, but every time you open up the design process, it grinds to a halt. And so you default to solo work, or back-room decisions, and the knowledge silos grow. Right now, organisations are navigating higher uncertainty than ever: unclear goals, shifting team structures, and evolving roles for engineers and technical leaders. In this landscape, the ability to share deep context and design together – efficiently – is a competitive advantage, not a nice-to-have. An informal chat with Andrea Magnorsky to learn more about her upcoming Collaborative Software Modelling and Design with Bytesize Sessions Workshop, why this topic matters, how the workshop is structured, what problems it addresses, and why people should join. 👉 Workshop: https://bit.ly/CollaborativeSoftwareModelling 📩 Join our newsletter: https://bit.ly/newsletter-avanscoperta 🗓 Upcoming Public Events: https://bit.ly/avanscoperta-training

Marco Heimeshoff draws the line by semantics, not syntax: → a command is an alias for a prompt → a skill is an ability you give it → an agent is an identity it takes on Marco will be in Berlin on 12–13 October with his two-day Agentic Developer Masterclass at KanDDDinsky. Will you join him?

«My only regret is not taking it sooner!» That's what people say about the EventStorming Master Class with Alberto Brandolini. Don't regret, join us now! The KanDDDinsky Edition in Berlin is the only available option this year. Only 3 seats 👉 Oct 12–13 here: pretix.eu/kandddinsky/...

AI doesn't fix your bottlenecks. It amplifies them. 2 days in Berlin with Susanne Kaiser, right before KanDDDinsky. Wardley Mapping + Domain-Driven Design + Team Topologies — the Power Triad — applied to your real company context with the Architecture for Flow Canvas.

«The smartest being on this planet is and will remain a collaboratively learning community. We will keep improving rather than be replaced by machines». That's what Marco Heimeshoff believes, and it's the thinking behind The Agentic Developer Masterclass, Berlin, October 12&13, before KanDDDinsky.

A 2-day hands-on intensive for technical leaders and practitioners who need aligned systems, not just aligned opinions, with Andrea Magnorsky (who is flying from New Zealand for this class!) This Workshop is co-organized with KanDDDinsky Conference. 💚

47 speakers. One stage. Three days in Berlin. 🤩 This is the KanDDDinsky 2026 line-up: 📹 Full line-up and tickets are on the KanDDDinsky website: ask in the comments and we'll send the link over. Which session would you clear your calendar for? #KanDDDinsky

💌 A little love note... «Not only a big amount of knowledge but also always updated with the last improvements in the AI world for developers. I will use what I learned to develop a personal project and publish the application to replace an obsolete existing one.»

Thanks, Boris Sclauzero, for sharing your feedback! Thanks to all the great explorers who joined the second edition of Marco Heimeshoff's workshop last week. The Agentic Developer Workshop keeps rolling through the summer and returns in July! 👉 Join us www.avanscoperta.it/en/training/...

The topics? ✅ AI-assisted refactoring and upgrade ✅ Agentic AI for software modernisation ✅ Continuous Modernisation. The kind of skills that Software Developers and Engineers know are urgent but never quite find space for.

We are so excited to get back in the classroom with Matteo and are also very proud to host his new workshop, AI + Continuous Modernisation Workshop. Did you miss it? → The waiting list for the second edition is open: www.avanscoperta.it/it/training/... #AgenticAI #AIassistedrefactoring

And they should. But some people also use summer to do the thing they never have time for during the rest of the year: actually learn something. 😎 Turns out we're not the only ones who think so: Matteo Vaccari's upcoming workshop sold out before July even began.

Most teams have a gap that's easy to miss: everyone works on the same system, but nobody has quite the same picture of it. Diagrams go stale. Docs sit unread. And the same conversations keep happening in meetings.

📌 Are you building AI agents? Then you need to understand how they actually remember things. Memory is one of the most misunderstood parts of agentic architecture. Pick the wrong level of complexity and you'll pay for it in performance, in maintenance.

L5 – Knowledge Wiki → A second brain, not operational memory. Think of it as a garden to tend. L6 – Cross-Tool Portable → One memory, many tools. Only worth it if you use ≥ 2 AI tools regularly. The question isn't "which level is most advanced?", it's "which level do you actually need?"

L3 – Semantic Search → Embeddings and vector retrieval. The agent just remembers — without you having to ask. L4 – Verbatim Recall → No summaries, exact words. For when precision is non-negotiable.

Seven months ago, we sat down with Alessandro Di Gioia and asked a simple question: "Is Legacy Code still relevant in 2025?" The answer was a loud yes. But here we are in 2026, and the picture is even clearer now. AI started writing code. A lot of it. Fast. Teams are shipping faster than ever.

They don't disappear. They accumulate. And one day, someone has to deal with it. Maybe it's already you. That's exactly why we built the Legacy Code Refactoring Workshop with Alessandro.

And the codebases underneath it all? Still tangled. Still fragile. Still scary to touch. Legacy code isn't a 2005 problem. It's a 2026 problem, and it's only getting bigger. Every feature added in a rush. Every shortcut taken under pressure. Every AI-generated snippet nobody fully understood.
