Of course we're going to celebrate #NationalMentoringDay - it's what we do. With the guidance of our free, 1-to-1 mentorship, we've seen our mentees go on to secure cadetships, scholarships, successful military careers & acceptance to train to become air traffic controllers.

Happy ATCO day! Every day, air traffic controllers play their critical part in keeping the skies safe, but you often only hear about them when something goes wrong. We're grateful to all ATCOs who are there, 24/7, watching out for every airspace user, big or small.

There's no better feeling than getting exciting updates from our former mentees 🙌 With the support, guidance and encouragement of their mentor, they've successfully passed the NATS application process to become a Trainee Air Traffic Controller. We're excited for them and their new career 💛

🎉First solo flight completed 🎉 Arjun was a mentee with us last year, and successfully secured a place on the easyJet MPL scheme; last week they flew solo for the first time! This is such an exciting milestone on the journey to commercial pilot, and we're so proud of them 🙌

We're so excited to introduce our new Trustees! First up is Dal Nwokora, a Royal Navy Officer with experience of both engineering & flying. Having been mentored himself during his career, he's the perfect addition to help further our mission to bring aviation to a wider audience.

It’s #NationalEngineeringDay - a time to celebrate the people who keep the aviation industry running! But it’s also a reminder: engineering still lacks diversity. We’re working to change that through free mentoring for women and those from minority ethnic backgrounds.
