Dark Souls 3 supposedly getting a remaster, a couple thoughts on that: First and foremost, buy the original now. If you want to experience the intended directorial vision of the game, you need to buy the OG now before it gets delisted like PTDE.

Second, people wondering why they skipped over DS2, didn’t remaster that: DS2 DID get remastered. It’s called Scholar of the First Sin. Went from 30fps to 60fps, and improved the lighting.

Finally, and this is fairly obvious, but this is a shitty thing to do. DS3 holds up just fine visually, aside from some low res texture work that is fixed with a simple upscale. I wouldn’t recommend buying the remaster, just get the OG. It’s not even 10 years old.

i’m genuinely sorry if anyone finds this unpalatable or even wrong or insulting. I truly just wanted the left to be able to win, so the world could end up in a better state than we found it in. And so the greatest amount of people possible could be safe and fulfilled
