Made cultured butter recently and it's a legit 10/10 food item. It's just lightly pasteurized heavy cream and kefir that you let sit on the counter for 48-72 hours before beating tf out of it until it separates. But, you have to clean the butter with ice water to remove excess buttermilk.

the embroidery on these shirts actually came out pretty nice 🖤 I currently have 2 medium and 2 large shirts on hand, so if you're interested in one plz lmk. Also, just know that I don't pay myself at all and I reinvest all profits back into my home bakery since I want it to grow over time 🫶

Tshirts from Fourthwall arrived and they're a lot better than the beanies 🥳 If anyone wants to purchase one lmk. I'll have to place another order for more, but for now I'm just gauging interest. This is my first time getting merch made, so designs will improve as I continue on this journey 🖤

The tissue paper that @nickeldoodle.bsky.social designed came out great!! I'll be using these to wrap my boxes with 🖤 I'm working with another vendor at the moment to help create beanies, shirts, and hoodies since Fourthwall dropped the ball hard and are not responding to my emails.

lesson learned: Fourthwall's sample preview doesn't match up with what they deliver 😭 expectations vs what they gave me

made some cupcakes for a friend's birthday, but also took it as an opportunity to advertise my home bakery to their coworkers 🖤

I was getting my teeth cleaned the other day and my dentist and I started talking about baking. I told her about some of my experiments with banana bread and her and her colleagues wanted to try some. So, I made some with tangzhong and dropped it off. I hope they liked it 🤞

my oldest pup turned 12, so I made her some cupcakes made out of pumpkin puree and nonfat greek yogurt 🖤

Watching "House Hunters" from 1999 is pretty crazy cause wdym they looked at 50+ houses before making a decision???? It's wild to see how different things were back then 🖤

lesson learned; don't buy a glass plated food scale since the tempered glass can randomly explode at any time. (this was chilling on the counter when it exploded)

smol tip if you're making banana bread, let the dough rest for an hour before baking. It allows for the flour to hydrate and for the gluten to break down a bit which helps give it a fluffier texture 🖤 🍞

if you need to buy canned pumpkin puree then get the "Food Club" brand since the quality is 100x more than "Libby's" Libby's is full of water and is about 2x the price. It's literally pumpkin flavored water with a mark up. Don't buy Libby's. It's overpriced garbage 🎃

after 3 months of construction, I finally have a usable deck since the old one that came with the house was decaying and wasn't usable at all 🖤

made my pups some "ice cream" and they devoured it 🐶 Recipe: 1 ripe banana 16 oz nonfat yogurt (I used Greek) 80g natural peanut butter Blend everything together until smooth and then pipe into a paw print silicone mold (available on Amazon) Yield: Makes between 20-25 paw prints Calories: ~35/ea

I recently got a 6 cup moka pot lately and it's the best thing ever. My coffee tastes amazing and it was like $40 USD. ☕🖤

Experiential gluten free basque cheesecake. I replaced the heavy cream with eggnog + 3 shots of cinnamon whiskey. I replaced the flour with a rice flour based gf blend.

I made some smol banana breads, so hmu if you'd like one 🖤 spiced with: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom, and a pinch of black pepper 🍞
